I am so impressed with this company. They sent out my tent pole as ordered but EVRI did not deliver it. The windscreen cover itself is very good quality. The material is thick, well made and once fitted it performs very well.
Initially, we experienced an issue because one side had three suction cup holes while the other had four. The product photos on the website did not match the item we received, which caused some confusion. Unfortunately, resolving this took several emails and we were disappointed that the issue was not recognised straight away.
However, after we explained everything in detail, the company carefully reviewed our case, apologised for the misunderstanding, acknowledged the discrepancy and offered us compensation as a gesture of goodwill.
We really appreciate that they listened to our feedback and confirmed they would review the product information to help prevent the same issue for future customers.
Although the process could have been handled more quickly, we are happy with the quality of the product and appreciate the way the company ultimately resolved the matter.

I was genuinely excited to buy the Uno Breeze® v2 Awning
I was genuinely excited to buy this awning.
Before travelling to Scotland, I did exactly what OLPRO recommend and erected it at home to check for manufacturing defects.
Satisfied everything was as it should be, I packed it away and drove 350 miles to the Highlands.
On its first proper use, it became apparent that the main structural air beams had a manufacturing defect. A gap in the welded seam caused a slow leak that only revealed itself after around an hour.
No problem, I thought. Manufacturing defects happen.
I spent the evening trying to repair it. Before long, what started as one man trying to fix his brand-new awning had turned into an impromptu campsite engineering project, with neighbouring campers joining in to offer ideas, spare tools and moral support in an increasingly optimistic attempt to make an inflatable awning remain inflated.
The supplied repair kit turned out to be for repairing the fabric rather than the air tubes, so it was no help with the actual fault.
The following morning, with no mobile signal at the campsite, I drove into Aviemore and called OLPRO.
I explained that I was on holiday in the Highlands with an inflatable awning that wouldn't stay inflated. After talking through the problem, I was asked to email photographs of the fault so they could assess it.
Before hanging up, I asked how long a response was likely to take, explaining that I needed to know whether to wait or find another solution. I was assured it would be quick.
Taking that advice at face value, I parked in Tesco's two-hour free-stay car park in Aviemore, while I still had mobile reception, emailed the photographs and waited for the promised response.
The two hours expired before the response did.
At that point, I accepted that my holiday wasn't going to wait. I drove to GO Outdoors, bought a set of fibreglass poles and, after a bit of improvisation, successfully converted my brand-new inflatable air awning into a rigid-poled one.
Ironically, OLPRO's "quick" response didn't arrive until several days after I'd returned home from my week-long holiday in Scotland.
To OLPRO's credit, they did eventually acknowledge that their customer service had fallen short. They apologised, agreed that a replacement air beam should have been sent while I was still on holiday, and offered to replace the awning.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of the story.
Nearly four weeks after reporting a manufacturing defect on the first use of a brand-new awning, I'm no longer discussing the defect.
I'm discussing cardboard.
Despite accepting the awning was defective from manufacture, I'm now expected to source packaging large enough to return it before it can be collected. I suggested what seemed the obvious solution. Send the replacement awning first so I could simply reuse that packaging to return the defective one.
Instead, I'm trying to work out where an ordinary person is supposed to find a cardboard box big enough to return an awning.
The awning itself looked fantastic, and I genuinely wanted to like it. But when you buy outdoor equipment, you're also buying confidence that if something goes wrong, the company will help you get back to enjoying your trip.
Sadly, my lasting memories aren't of the awning.
They're of a campsite repair party, two hours in Tesco's car park waiting for a "quick" response, accidentally inventing what may well be the world's first rigid-poled inflatable air awning, and discovering that returning it is somehow proving more difficult than repairing it.

However, to ensure products are protected during transit and to prevent any further damage, returned items do need to be packaged appropriately before collection. This is a requirement of our courier network and helps ensure the item arrives back safely for inspection and processing.
We do appreciate your suggestion of sending a replacement first so the original packaging could be reused. While this isn't always possible within our returns process, we understand why you felt it would have been a more convenient solution.
We are sorry that your experience did not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide, especially when you were looking forward to using your new awning. Your feedback has been shared with the team as it highlights areas where we can continue to improve both our communication and our after-sales support.
We hope we've been able to restore some confidence by acknowledging the issues and working towards a resolution, and we wish you many enjoyable camping trips in the future.

Excellent quality 90x90 Bamboo topped outdoor leisure table
Delivery was prompt, within a few days.
Our 90x90 bamboo topped table has since been utilised with our caravan and works extremely well, it’s very well built and sturdy with adjustable legs both accommodating uneven ground but also affording the option to use as a coffee/snacks (low level) table or as initially intended, an outside dining table.
It was a little heavier than expected but this appears to be reflected in the quality and design so overall, we are very pleased
