I live in the US and made a reservation yesterday for a hotel room in New Orleans for 3 nights. My card company immediately called me for fraudulent charges in Spain and North Carolina afterbooking my room. They said the only way my card info was obtained since I had no other transactions lately was through Olotels. After reviewing other reviews that customers had fraud issues with this company, and that some customers showed up at the hotel only to find no reservation, I am very wiery. The company does not confirm rooms until a few days before the resrvation so I can't even call right now to see if my reservation is in the system. I've spent $624.00 for a 3 night stay in New Orleans next month and my reservation BETTER be in the hotel's system.

I wanted to find the best rate for my favorite place to stay, Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa during the Thanksgiving week. My usual websites indicated no availability and then I happened upon Olotels. I wasn't familiar with the website, but found it friendly and easy to navigate. Most importantly, I found availability at a great price!

Really hope that we can have our rooms with my son's family in the same floor as required. And let's see if in the bathroom there is a bath tube as I asked for?

We did try to book two rooms at Hotel Bern Tallinn,Estonia for the time period 6-8 of December 2013. At your booking site it showed 5 rooms available. We did try to book two twin/double rooms at the same time but could not do it. Then we tried to book two twin/double rooms one after the other...your pages still saying 5 rooms available. After the first succesful booking THE HOTEL IS FULLY BOOKED ! There are four of us travelling together and want to stay at the same hotel ! We are very dissapointed!

I found a great deal on a Zurich airport hotel that was available nowhere else. I've used Olotels once in the past and both times everything worked without a hiccup at the hotel. I highly recommend this site.

I had try several booking sites before but this was very quick and simple. Did not encounter any problems with the reservations when checking in at the hotel. I am still at the resort but will say more when I check out. On the current rating scale I am giving it a 4 out of 5 rating at the moment.

I was disappointed at the lack of clarity offered by Olotels in the pricing on their web site. The site did not display consistent prices and it was only by repeatedly retrying the booking with the same details that I was able to find the most competitive prices. The changes I had to make were by accessing the site with different referrers. Yes, depending on which referrer you used, a different price was offered!
For example, if I went through a cashback site, then I was charged a higher price than if I went through a price comparison site. I would much prefer that Olotels offered me a genuine cashback percentage on a genuine price, rather than falsely inflating the price and offering a higher cashback percentage.
I have also been watching Olotels response to negative reviews on Trustpilot and am annoyed to watch that they attempt to block the majority of bad reviews instead of taking the feedback on board, learning from it and improving. From my perspective it seems clear that they are trying (and succeeding) to manipulate their rating on Trustpilot.
Overall, my experience of Olotels service offered was negative because of the lack of clarity in their displayed pricing. My complaint is not about the pricing (which was extremely good - indeed the best price I could find).

No problems at all, hotel room was exactly as advertised and they were the cheapest available by far. Would use again!
