Have used this company for many years. From when I lived in the area and now since I moved to Devon. The service is great, the value for money is good and the rugs are wonderful. The free delivery is the cherry on the top.

Great service. I expected to have to wait a few days for my rug but it arrived safely the day after I ordered it. Olney Rugs have a wide range of rugs at reasonable prices.

I am delighted with my purchase from Olney Rugs. This is the second rug I have bought . The rugs are fantastic quality with beautiful designs and colours- and a true reflection of the colours shown on the website . Fantastic selection of beautiful Oriental rugs and kilims. Chris and his wife are so incredibly helpful and pleasant. I recently bought 3 rugs and Chris was so good letting me try them before deciding which ones to buy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for rugs.

Very pleased with our recent online purchase. Our delivery arrived two days before scheduled, which was great. Very well protected and packaged. This is the second time we have bought a rug from Olney rugs. The first one was around 15 years ago. Now, as then, we don’t feel Olney rugs can be beaten when you match the quality and price. They have an excellent selection. Would recommend.

The shop is beautiful, with a huge selection of rugs. The proprietors encouraged us to browse, and when we were ready they worked hard to display their stock. Their website is also useful, on one occasion we selected rugs from their website, emailed our choice, and the rugs were ready for display when we came.

We were able to take rugs home to try, with no commitment to buy!

Eventually we bought three large rugs, with which we are very happy. An excellent service and a really pleasant shopping experience.

I have worked with Olney Rugs for nearly 10 years and can confirm the team are friendly and caring with an excellent range of Oriental and Persian Rugs. They have recently added an awesome range of Kilim Cushions to their website too.

Spent a lot of time trying to find what I was looking for , had a complete disaster with Wayfair and then discovered this shop . An absolute delight / treasure trove of beautiful quality rugs literally hundreds of fabulous rugs . Lovely lady in the shop moved lots of rugs to help us find the right one . I am thrilled with my purchase would 100% recommend and make the trip again .

This company really do walk the extra mile and their friendly, efficient service cannot be beaten. We had taken some oriental rugs out of store after more than 20 years and wanted a runner to compliment them. Olney had the exact matching rug at a great price and we feel unbelievably lucky to have found them.

Great rug, the pictures online were a very good representation of what arrived.
The delivery service is also very good.

For reference, we have sent a rug back as it did not go with our room decor. The return process was problem free.

Possibly our favourite shop in the whole world. Wonderful selection of rugs and just the best staff. Sometimes we go in just for a browse around when visiting Olney. Today we took my mum in for her birthday to choose a rug. The staff were fabulous and so helpful. Such a wide range of rugs and prices for all budgets, you wont find a selection like this at John Lewis. Highly recommended.
