I was browsing for a matching velvet cushion for my bedroom and Olivia’s kept jumping out at me as a quality website I have never used before. It was just classic. I ended up looking at many more products and will be back again to do so.

Absolutely horrible experience and would never deal with this company again.
My partner and I ordered a Braja Floor Lamp and after waiting for delivery for getting on for four weeks messaged the company to be told it would arrive soon which it did. Long story short the lamp was not suitable so I contacted the company to say I would be returning it at which point they offered me a 10% reduction in the price. I felt then that they didn't want the hassle of the return. However, I said it wasn't a question of the price and that I would be returning it.
I had all the original wrapping and took great care repackaging the lamp as I felt Olivia's would make any excuse that the lamp was damaged in transit. I didn't hear anything for two weeks so contacted them again to which they said they had emailed me (they hadn't) and, guess what?, the lamp had indeed been damaged in transit and that I should claim from the courier. They emailed some photos of the damage as proof but I am very strongly of the opinion that the damage was not caused by the courier which in this case was the Post Office.
Olivia's portray a feeling of sophistication and a high end experience. Sadly this was very much not my experience and I remain bitterly disappointed.

Ordered on 10th March, still no sign of order & it’s the evening of 23rd March.
I have contacted the company and they are ignoring my emails.
The status keeps changing from out for delivery to waiting for details!
I have reported this as a scam to trading standards and hopefully will get my refund! Please read reviews.

Beautiful products and even better customer service. I recently ordered a table. I loved it but unfortunately it arrived a little damaged (I imagine in transit). Olivia's sorted it quickly with no hassle for me. I had a replacement within a week. I'm very happy with it.

I ordered a fireside companion set in October for my daughter’s Christmas present. It wasn’t in stock so I had to wait some time for delivery. I immediately air freighted it to Kenya where she lives. In January when I visited her I noticed it had one of the beautiful decorative screws missing. The customer support agent was truly unhelpful and tried everything in the book to avoid putting this right. Eventually she offered a £13 refund to go towards me having a bespoke screw made. This would be impossible to match the aged brass finish. All of my subsequent emails have been ignored. TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

Extremely frustrating experience from start to finish
We ordered several wall lights from Olivia’s through our electrician as part of a home installation. Unfortunately the experience became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
Delivery times were consistently at the very end of the quoted window, and on more than one occasion parcels were sent to incorrect addresses. One order was even marked as delivered with a blurred proof-of-delivery photo that did not show any recognisable location, and we had to spend weeks chasing to establish where the items actually were.
Communication was reactive rather than proactive — we repeatedly had to follow things up ourselves instead of being informed when problems occurred.
We later returned one light within the return period and were told a 20% restocking fee would apply under trade terms. A credit was offered to avoid this, which we accepted so we could finish the project, but then a return collection charge was also introduced, which felt unreasonable given the wider delivery issues we had already experienced.
Overall the products themselves are nice, but the ordering and after-sales process was disappointing and far more complicated than it should have been. Sadly it’s not a company we would feel confident using again.

Bought a rug cost nearly £400 in September has unravelled, bobbled and great loops sticking out. Sent pics
Bearing in mind I live on my own, no pets and only used a light cordless Hoover over it a couple of time as I’ve been away for 8 weeks! contacted them for a replacement as rug is clearly faulty - to clarify I bought exactly the same rug for the bedroom and it’s remained in perfect condition depite heavier use! Was told it was my fault due to care and maintenance! Utterly disgusted and will take it further with consumer rights, I think this company just buy stock from dodgy wholesalers and have no regard for quality or customer service - This was not a cheap item ! It should last years not months!
