Shopped at the new store in Lakeside, Thurrock. Staff were all fabulous and knowledgable. Store looked great, well merchandise with a lovely selection of Oliver Bonas products.

The evri delivery left on my doorstep on a busy road, late on a Friday night (22.45) without attempting to ring the bell and actually deliver in person. The parcel is now missing and raised with evri

Very poor, paid for next day delivery ordered before midday and the order came 48 hours later. Paid extra for next day delivery so won’t be using again

Everything went smoothly. Fast delivery. Gorgeous denim jacket. I ordered a size 12 which fits perfectly.

I normally shop on TikTok but my daughter took me into a bonas store on my birthday to “restyle” me lol. She’s caused me a big problem now. I could have spent hours in there. The clothes are very expensive but the quality is unquestionable. I have my first OB outfit but it’ll be a while before I can afford to visit again . Something to look forward to.

Product and service from Olivia Bonas was great but unfortunately you use Evri to deliver your parcels I literally had to find my parcel by knocking on doors found it in a porch on the other side of the road 6 houses down please use a better delivery service

Well I had the option to pay for next day delivery, if this was not something you could fulfill then the option to select and pay more for delivery should not be made available. 3 days later still awaiting my order. Not a happy customer experience
