Delay shipping for dumb reason

My order been delayed 8 days just because they refuse to let the customer know the item ran out of stock and wait for the customer beg them to reply to email. IT JUST STUPID , it their job to notice the customer about the stock when they pack it because it their mistake not the customer , and they dont do anything in their part to fix the bad service . Shouldn't have bought Epictv store if u cant handle the work , now the customer service is so terrible.

Absolutely incredible customer support…

Absolutely incredible customer support - responds in short delay and offers functional solutions to my own order timing issues!

And of course their prices on climbing gear are out of this world - long live Oliunid!
