A good shop and service is not gauged by how well the order is fulfilled but on how the service reacts when things go wrong. I would advice not to order from them.
I Ordered a Petzl D12mm 20x HCR hanger plate with bolt from Olinud. Instead they shipped a mix of different D10 size and plate/bolt material which renders them not able to use as they don’t fix. Clearly they have issue with packing and disregard for safety. There is no No respond from support team as well. Won’t recommend it for foreign shipping. This is what I received.

2)19x D12mm HCR bolt
3)14x D10mm steel plate with
4)1x D10mm steel bolt from Fixe instead.

Everything excellent. Product exactly as described, at the most affordable price I could find online, and almost scary fast shipping. Cannot fault a single thing.

I ordered a pair of women's trekking poles that were not available in my city. I thought I was going to receive it after the Easter holidays but was pleasantly surprised that my order arrived in great condition and earlier than expected.
I sought assistance from customer service 2x before ordering to make sure I was getting the correct specs and received helpful and prompt advice.
I'll be happy to order again based on this experience.

Very disappointing experience with Olinuid.

I bought a pair of climbing shoes and tried them on indoors only, including a few minutes on my stairs to check the fit. They were clearly too tight, so I returned them.

The return was refused due to “discolouration” and minimal marks on the rubber sole. These marks are unavoidable when trying on climbing shoes, even briefly and indoors.

On top of that, I had to pay 20€ to return the item, and now I am asked to pay another 20€ to have them sent back to me — or to place a new order just to receive them again.

In total, I have spent around 170€ on shoes I cannot use.

This feels excessively rigid and not in line with normal consumer expectations, especially for a product where fit can only be properly assessed by trying them on.

Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

They have not very bright warehouse workers who send different type and size of shoes - instead of child ones they sent adult! I asked support where are right shoes. They stopped responding when they recognized that it is their fault. Not recommended especially for foreign orders where shipping costs are relatively high.

The delivery was surprisingly/unexpectedly quick. The deal that I got was 25% cheaper than everywhere else. Doesn't apply to all items in their stock, naturally, guess I got lucky once in a while.

Great prices and fast delivery. However, I was surprised to find that there are no free returns. It’s disappointing that not only I can not use the product because I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but I also have to pay extra (€20 if I use their recommended option) to exchange it for the correct size.
