Service if off or very slow more times than on.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Don't answer phone and don't reply to emails.
Can't be trusted regarding accounts. See other reviews regarding Direct Debits.

I’d give no stars but that’s not an option.
My internet has been down for 13days now and no one at Olin can explain why nor tell me when it “might” be fixed.
I have called them twice daily for updates but each time I am told, “your case has been passed up to a higher level”. So if this is being treated seriously, why not pay technicians to work overtime until it is mended. But Sir, they do not work on weekends!” They don’t seem to work at all!
Avoid Olin at all costs or you will regret it.

Avoid if possible, internet connection is unreliable and missing 1-2 times a month but fixing issue takes 1-3 days. Do not recommend. Do not ask me to call you, you don't care.

The internet is working, so I’m not questioning the quality of their connection. However, I wouldn’t even give this company one star — be careful if you ask them to install new internet cables. The installation they did in my newly renovated apartment is terrible. They’re claiming that I signed a contract stating I was satisfied with the results, which is not true. I haven’t signed anything, so I’m looking forward to receiving this supposed document. On top of that, they’re asking me to pay €50 if I want them to come back and fix their work. Please find the attached pictures.

Your company has truly outdone itself in non-service. No internet for more than five days — for a problem that, as it turns out, could be solved in under half an hour. Remarkable. Every call to your servicedesk was a masterclass in how not to provide answers. And the promise to call back once the internet was restored? Naturally, broken. Instead, I received a call after the fact: “Oh yes, the internet is back on.” A feeble excuse, and nothing else.
My repeated requests for a proper explanation and compensation were met with the ever-reliable “I’ll check to see if that’s possible.” And now, four days later? Nothing. Nothing. And more of the same. It’s genuinely difficult to imagine how poorly a company can perform — but you did it. Bravo.

The Customer Service is terrible, you phone and they answer, then after a sentence they cut you off as do not wish to deal with it. This is after waiting 30 Minutes on hold.
Since been sorted out after driving 20 mins to the shop in Marbella, I need a new Router. Why not just give me one to fit, no, need to wait on an appoointment.

Our broadband connection in Nueva Andalucía (Calle Sirio) stopped working on Oct 31 and was reported then and is still not working. At Customer service they claim that the technical problem is identified but cannot still give an estimate on when the problem can be solved, they say that they cannot get hold of the technician. We are dependent on our wifi to work and at least I think we should get status update from the technician and this needs to be prioritized after almost one week of disruption!

Avoid company at all costs. They say it's less than 1 week for installation on their website and it has been over a month for me and still no real updates as to when the internet will be installed in my urbanisation. I found the customer service to be polite but not actually helpful, no solution, no updates, just "I will make a note". This is one of the conerns I had with using a smaller company compared to larger businesses such as Movistar or Vodafone where Olin clearly do not have the capability to grow and expand their base and instead of fixing problems or giving advice on the situation they just ignore the problem and move on. Do not recommend this service and based on the support received so far, I would not trust or rely on the technical team to fix any outages fast. We also live in Manilva Beach so it's not like the urbanisation is in the moutnians and easily accessible in a build up area with already major internet providers installed.

Most horrible customer service, I have been waiting for a month to install my internet on my new address, been calling every week with the promise "we call you back today!" and of course, never once called me back. Only when I cancelled my contract they could immediately come and install the WiFi of course. Besides that, the page for your account is working horrible, the payments are not being accepted because of a fault in their system (but they can't do anything about it?) and then they shut off your WiFi when you don't pay. I would suggest to absolutely not go with Olin!

I have to give 1 star because after several tries I have had to give up getting internet from Olin. Each time I call for an appointment for setting up my internet I am gerting some new "story" form the customer service. Very frustration to wait for so long for nothing.

Made a call to their store in Coin and the staff that handled my order was easy going and gave me fantastic deals to choose from. Better pricing than the competition as well so it was an easy choice.

Way too sensitive customer care on chat. They told me after a tiny bit of what whats that the service we pay for isn’t available now as they have massive issues. I tried to be funny and say, no issues, no netflix this night and tradirional fun with wife and unlike companies like Ryan Air I got a xxxx you xxxx response. With her ending the chat with a middle finger. Is your customer realations somehwere in a Sharia school maybe? Takes me 15 min to change the provider tomorrow as yours is down anyway. Good luck. Ps. Maybe rhe soviet mixture with all other corporate things will not make MIT as a success story

We have been seen by Elena from the Olin Chiclana branch,very professional and within minutes we have a closed a broadband contract!Besides that she made it possible to have the fibre optics installed next day from signing the contract! FANTASTIC! Shame Trustpilot won’t allow me to give10 stars!Highly recommend anyone

Customer service is terrible, internet fine!
I moved to Spain for a year and then returned to England. I followed the closing policy and handed back my router, but I was never told about the fine for not completing a full year. By the time I found out, my online portal had already been closed.
I called and asked for the bank details to pay, and was told I had already racked up €96 in interest. I accepted this, since it was partly my fault. But when I requested the bank details that same day, they never arrived. I called back a week later, only to be charged an extra €10 — simply because they hadn’t sent me the details!
Always fun being charged for someone else’s mistake…
