Laggy service, impossible cancellation.

Laggy service, impossible cancellation. It's March 2nd and I requested cancellation in writing January 21st. In February, I received a follow-up invoice that was double the usual amount. I contacted the company via phone, they said the cancellation was not finalized so they made sure it will be finalized this time around and the invoice will be cancelled. I followed-up early February, nobody ever responded, neither of their emails. Online chat takes forever to respond. It's March and they have charged me again. Although by now, I have sent at least 5 different emails and had several calls, sending in all the details and information, making sure everything is cancelled. We haven't used either of their services since mid of Jan.

If hell was an ISP

We asked them to move our line, they wouldn't even though the new property was 70 meters from a street box, and when we left the property with adamo they kept charging us. Explaining this to them and that we will not pay them does not help. I get called 10 times a week by them. Do not use these guys, they're insane.

Why some people say that Adamo offers…

Why some people say that Adamo offers the best services? in fact it is not, a friend of mine even the bill was paid at the beginning of the month, they disconnected the services for 15 minutes, affecting one of her children that attends classes online with an American University, also charging for having a cheap router and modem, €1.99 monthly, while other carrriers never trying to create extra expenses, Adamo offers one price for life, and soddendly starting increasing gradually the monthly bill, I advised my friend to hire a different provider, we the clientele keep in business a company, so why to mess with us?

Hope for the best!

We give a shot to Adamo to support local businesses. We sign a contract and we wait to get the provider to install after 2 weeks We get a visit from the installer he tried to run the fiber from the run street to inside of the building but was some issues and he gave up he told us we need to find electrician. Same day we hire an electrician from Santander for urgent service we paid 250 euros....for 3 weeks we called adamo to install and nothing! We already we all the call center team we gave up we cancel the service we rent hotel room to work! That's for August. Here we are again December 2024 and again issues with the install the guy came to our place and he found another issue and left our place we called adamo and we need 4 weeks TBC. Honestly we are trying to support Adamo we gave them a second chance but is not easy...let's pray they will figure out before Christmas.

When there is a problem

When there is a problem, they can’t fix it because they only work with subcontractors. Now twice in a month without wifi. Takes at least a week for someone to come and have a look and if you’re lucky, repair it. Or they have to contact another subcontractor. Stay away from this company, they promise a lot but deliver nothing.

Changed to Adamo glass fiber, should have done earlier !

Changed to Adamo glass fiber internet+mobile two weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Coming from satellite internet here in the El Valdes valley, everything else is better, but it's even beyond that. Was hesitating at first, because of all the bad reviews I read here, but hey...i guess that's what it takes to be a pioneer in such technology over here in Spain. You have to overcome early bird issues. Speed is around 300MB up and down, latency 10 to 20ms and hardly jitter. Didn't expect that good. Can watch TV now even. The whole process from my call to installation went well. The installer himself could be a bit more accurate with installation - have a slightly damaged doorpost now - but nothing serious.
Fingers crossed, the internet quality stays like that.

6 days and counting without internet....

Our internet broke on 30th January. Adamo came to fix it the next day, for it to break 3 hours later. We have been waiting for a technician to come out to us since then...which means 6 days without internet. When you're working at home, this is entirely unacceptable customer service.

Don't deal with them!
I want to rent another apartment before I rent it I checked in Adamo website if they have coverage at that address and it was showing yes, and I called them and they confirmed they have coverage, I rented the apartment and start moving, I asked Adamo to change the address, after one day they collected the router from the old address, and I waited for them to install it, waited for about 15 days and called them a couple of times, every time they say wait for a week, and after one month I told them I don't want your service anymore and I contacted Vodafone and they installed it 24 hours!!!
now to the worse part, they are calling me after 1 year saying I have to pay 170 euros penalty for canceling the contract, it is not my guilt they didn't install it in the new address, if they don't have coverage they should say so from the start!

Quiero rentar otro apartamento antes de rentarlo. Revisé en el sitio web de Adamo si tienen cobertura en esa dirección y mostraba que sí, y los llamé y me confirmaron que tienen cobertura, alquilé el apartamento y comencé a mudarme, le pregunté a Adamo para cambiar la dirección, después de un día recolectaron el enrutador de la dirección anterior, y esperé a que lo instalaran, esperé unos 15 días y los llamé un par de veces, cada vez que dijeron esperar una semana, y después un mes les dije que ya no quiero vuestro servicio y me puse en contacto con Vodafone y lo instalaron las 24 horas !!!
ahora a lo peor, me están llamando después de 1 año diciendo que tengo que pagar una multa de 170 euros por cancelar el contrato, no es mi culpa que no lo instalaron en la nueva dirección si no tienen la cobertura que ¡Debería decirlo desde el principio!
y ahora me chantajea diciendo que me demandarán

Joined April 15 th 2021.on the afternoon was connected. By the same evening lost

connection. I phoned Friday 16th in the morning promised to sort the problem with 48 hours
Phoned Monday 19th to be told the technicians do not work weekends
Phoned Tuesday morning to be told the same as Monday.
Still waiting in my villa.
I and my wife are both in our 70,s.
Technical department needs to be much better and respond much more quickly when there is a problem.
Would have lied to recommend this company but alas I cannot
There motto should be customer comes first. Without customers you have no company or jobs.
This treatment of new clients will come back to haunt you when there is a alternative.
Would you be proud to treat your grandparents in such a disgraceful manner.??????
Since this review, I have been contacted by Adamo and the technician should be here at 1100 hour Wednesday.
I would like to thank Adamo for their response to my problem as I believe with the correct structuring, they have the capability to be the number 1 internet provider in Spain.
Although I have been retired a number of years, I believe with my experience of running my own successful company, I would consider a position to overcome these problems in customer relationships and also a technical fast response team for problems with existing customers, creating a loyal client base that would not only boost the reputation of Adamo but the reward would be the customers recommendations of the best internet provider in Spain. The opportunity is in their own hands.
