On their website, they were advertising linen shirts: I bought 3 in different colours. 2 weeks later I got 3 poorly made shirts: 2 were not linen but some fully synthetic, shiny alternative. I emailed them to return these items and they said that I could accept a 20% refund and keep the items or pay to ship back to Asia. This company states that it's HQ is in the Netherlands. Never again.

I ordered some shoes from this site. They came as if from any generic cheap brand. Not what I expected from the website.
I had looked at their return policy before purchasing which promised a 30 day period in which to return the items. The shoes were not what was expected and looked far cheaper than I thought. So I contacted them and asked to return. They refused. Offering me a 20% refund. They didn't seem to understand i didn't want the shoes. They then offered me 40%. I told them I didn't want them and wanted to return for a full refund. Only then did they say that sales on sale items were final. This was not mentioned in their refund policy or on the product page. They tried to tell me it was at checkout but even going through checkout again with another pair it was not mentioned. I then proceeded to just get generic copy and paste replies. They did honour the 40% refund but have refused to honour their own refund policy or provide the proof of "sale item sales are final".
All in all avoid this company. Absolute scam.

Absolutely rubbish, shoes came squashed very cheap material and rubbish delivery. Do not buy from them. Total scam should be shut down.

My experience is the same as so many. Ordered shoes thinking they were coming from Netherlands. Tracking shows they come from China. When they arrived, they bear little relation to the picture, but even worse they are three sizes to big so no use to me. Asked for a return/refund. Offered me 20%, then 30% then 40% discount. I persisted and they closed the matter by saying policy is 'no refunds for sale goods'. That statement policy appears nowhere on the web site and if as they say it is stated as store policy 'at checkout' it is only after you have paid and also isn't stated on your order confirmation. Seems to be a business strategy that makes money from intentional poor quality goods and services with zero opportunity for a genuine refund.

Scammed.
AVOID these Netherlands-based scammers.
Poor quality sub-standard product delivered (claimed to be a linen/cotton shirt), not of the advertised design or materials, (fake labelling) and a terrible fit (no proper design)
They are immediately refusing a refund (contrary to their published 30 day policy)

All negative reviews are spot on. This is a SCAM. My linen shirt arrived and instead of a quality long sleeved linen shirt I received a cotton short sleeved thing more like a dentists overall with a slit back. Totally useless. I will be reporting to my banks fraud department.

Specifically search for UK companies so the search engines as bad as scam businesses like this. English name, inference UK. I got snadals nothing like what I ordered and nothing like the sizes expected. Whayt a waste - if I dont get postage paid return with full refund will notify my credit card company and ensure I get full re imbursement.

The company is a front for extremely poor quality chinese merchanise that looks nothing like advertised. The returns policy indicates that you can return the items to the Neterlands but this is not the case. Customer service attempts to bully you with larger and larger discounts prior to offering returns to China. I doubt very much you will get your money back! AVOID

Please avoid these people as they are scammers. They sent me sandals two sizes smaller than I ordered and said they have a no refund policy on sale items! Then subsequently graciously offered a refund of 20% of the value! Also, the sandals are advertised as leather, but they are artificial man made material! Keep away from this lot! By the way, I have cancelled my bank card after this experience as I don’t know what else these crooks are capable of.

Awful quality. Nothing like the site would suggest. Drop-shipped rubbish from China. Do not buy from this store.

As all reviews show these guys are charlatans. We've all been diddled.

Speaking to trading standards it's a farce as they are selling faulty/ incorrect goods that are due refunds as they are rejectable.

May never get money back but easy to complain to trading standards UK. Not allowed to post link but Google that stuff. DO IT

These guys are terrible. Avoid in first instance but complain to these guys if already in the hole. Took me 10 mins each for both.

Ordered a linen shirt. £39.99. Received a cheap nasty tunic with no back. They insisted I couldn’t return it to their Holland depot and had to post it back to China, cost around £50. Eventually accepted partial refund of £17 and will give the item to charity. Terrible service.

Identical comments to those submitted recently. This is simply a fraudulent scam to steal your money. If you "buy" from this company (apparently based in the Netherlands), which uses very poor quality garments manufactured and sent from China you will not receive what you ordered from the website, and you will not be able to get a full refund or any refund.

Absolutely awful company, customer service is disgraceful, sent the wrong item then said I had to pay to return it!!! Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!!

Don't buy from them.
Said no problem to return then stalled with questions and queries which then repeated themselves.
Shoes are not orthopaedic.
Said I would contact my bank and then no reply from them.

Refused to honour their 14 day refund and offered 20% then 40%.

I must say that the two shirts I ordered came in just over 2 weeks which isn’t bad considering they were delivered to for free. Although advertised as being linen they were in fact 65% cotton 35% polyester but are very comfortable to wear.Didn’t need use their other process return etc so can’t comment. However for me to give anything less than 3 would be grossly unfair.

Please, whatever you do – do not use this company. It is nothing more than a scam designed to take people’s money.

I ordered two long-sleeved polo shirts at £33 each.

They looked fantastic on the website, so I decided to give them a try. After waiting nearly three weeks, the parcel finally arrived – stuffed into a flimsy plastic bag.

The shirts themselves are some of the worst quality I’ve ever come across.

The material is cheap and shiny, more like rayon than cotton, with no shape, no structure, and appallingly poor stitching.

To make matters worse, the company completely ignored my attempts to contact them. No replies, no customer service, nothing. Thankfully, Amex stepped in and arranged a refund.

Save yourself the frustration – avoid this company at all costs.

The quality of the goods are poor and the returns policy is rubbish!
The shoes I ordered were sent in the wrong size and they looked nothing liked the picture, also were of poor quality and smelt like glue. I have tried to return but am getting no where, they have taken no responsibility for sending the wrong size and are also saying their only returns depot is in Asia. But they advertise being in the Netherlands. Please don’t waste your time or money on this company.

I bought linen tailored shorts and (eventually) received polyester swimming trunks. After at least 15 (AI generated) emails resulting in an offer for me to return to a Chinese address at my expense I disputed the transaction with my card issuer. Don’t believe their returns policy. And don’t get lured into their high prices equating to quality. They need to be shut down.
