Old Bank House Chocolate Shop Reviews

I absolutely love these chocolates! Each individually taste delicious unlike some other brands that all taste the same. I would highly recommend!

Delivery exceeded that stated on the website. Really well packaged and gorgeous as always.

Ordering was straightforward, and received my order within a few days. Old Bank House chocolates are always delicious. Always a nice treat.

The best chocolate ever. Have been buying from them for many years. Sadly have not been able to travel for a couple of years so to be able to purchase by post is awesome. Just wish I could purchase a little more at a time. Highly recommended . Pam

This company are the best at what they do by a country mile . Their chocolate is ridiculously good have never tasted chocolate this good . And I am fussy . You will not be disappointed . Their shop in Lytham St Annes is a pleasure to visit . A traditional chocolate shop . You can buy online too . You won't be disappointed . I highly recommend the Old Bank House Chocolate Shop

Items packaged securely and delivered quickly. Chocolate was as tasty as buying them from the shop. All recipients were exceedingly happy.

I’ve ordered these chocolates many times for my missus, Old Bank House is her no 1 chocolate shop. All her favourites were in stock and delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. Excellent quality as usual, hoping she will share a caramel cup with me.🤞

Amazing products, I get stuff from these as a treat. The milk buttons are so creamy and delicious. Highly recommend trying. The staff inside are friendly too, would recommend popping in if you are in Ambleside.

If you haven’t had chocolate from the old bank house you should visit. Even better they will send them to you. Christmas treats well received.

From first placing the order I was kept informed throughout the delivery process. The chocolate arrived well packaged and as alway's exceptional quality chocolates.

Great chocolates, delivered on time, what else is there to say!

Customer service was prompt, delivery was fast, chocolate was delicious!

Best chocolates ever!! The chocolate is truly amazing!!!

Always rely on you to send the goods in a speedy, well packed way. Beautiful chocolates! Thank you!

The product was delivered as promised and as it is a Christmas present we cannot comment on the rum truffles until after Christmas

I fell in love with these chocolates when I visited the shop in Ambleside. I came out with a bag full of goodies and a card to order online. Having done just that, I am extremely pleased with the items that arrived all neatly packed and are just as delicious as I remember. Delivery takes a few days, which is clearly stated in the website but the wait is worth it.

Great chocolate, safely delivered and in the timescale you say. Meeting expectations is always the best way by setting achievable goals. Really pleased that I remembered to order in time so my favourite dipped flakes weren't sold out! May have ordered an extra 3 pack of flakes for the order person as a treat! Nobody will find out! 😂

I find your web site attractive and accessible. The chocolates I purchased are mainly for gifts but I did treat myself too; yummy!!
The parcel was very well packed and all goods arrived in good condition.
I know I can rely on good service from you.
Many thanks.

Great service, and the chocolates are the best we've ever had.
