Took over 6 weeks for the dress to come! When it arrived it was nothing like what I had ordered. Completely wrong dress and wrong colour!!!!!! Even the size was a size XS when I ordered a XL. Sent multiple emails to send the dress back for a refund and they never responded!!!!!! 100000% do not use this website!!!!

This brand is deceitful, and I plan on bringing my claim further with them. The item I ordered with ‘express delivery’ took just over 3 weeks. On the website it says 5-8 business days. This is a scam! The item I received was NOTHING like the item I ordered. It was stated on the website a cream two piece corset and top. I received a white, thin, satin slip dress. No one should ever, ever order from this website again. They claim to be French but actually do their shipping from China. Do NOT trust.
Took a month to come, I received an extremely rude email when I contacted regarding shipping. Then I got sent the wrong dress. I have reported them as a scam.
I’ve reported this website to trading standards for fraud and to my bank, requesting an immediate chargeback! I requested the tracking number for the item I paid for, which they said had shipped and they had the audacity to email me back to say they’re aren’t providing me with a tracking number and are closing my case!??? Where is my tracking number for the item I paid express shipping for? Mind you, they use shopify so you can see when an item has been shipped as they have to log the tracking number. No tracking number was logged! They advertise on TikTok with fake reviews so beware!!
