Terrible customer service. I ordered an OGarden for my Mother's Birthday and at the time the website estimated 4 weeks to deliver (now says "4-8 weeks delivery to the US) it has since been 8 weeks since I was charged $900 and I still haven't been notified that my purchase has shipped. I've called and emailed the company several times and no one has bothered to get back to me. If it hadn't been reviewed by such credible sources I would think that this was a scam at this point.

After spending nearly $1000 USD, I have no product after waiting nearly a year. I cannot get a response to my emails. Calling their offices, no one is available to take the call regardless of the day or time I call. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Look for an alternative! The idea sounds intriguing, but it isn't worth the gamble of being one of the few that receives a working (or in many cases, broken) product. Don't just take my word for it, google and/or visit their Kickstarter page, look at the comments section, it's truly awful.

Product broken on many levels. No service. No return. Total waste of money. Legal steps are initiated.

Great concept, however took 1 month to arrive. The product works great.

Just got my Ogarden Smart black edition ! It is awesome, easy to assemble and already started growing after only 48 hours.

Kickstarter backer here who never received the product after over a year. Very little communication from the company over shipping delays but in reality they took the backers money to sell the product to consumers. Said our money and the "gift" of the OGarden was a donation, clearly involation of Kickstarted terms. Initiated a chargeback to finally get my money back. People who recieved it said it was broken out of the box, made of poor quality materials or didn't last long. They dont respond to customer complaints and actively remove negative feedback on social media.

I'm one of the people who got scammed by this fraud.

I received it 12 days after the order was place on their website. The machine work but it's an adaptation time to make thing grow it's different than traditional gardening so it's part of the game.

Awesome services ! I really love my machine, my lettuce is growing fast.

As a kickstarter backer and almost one year after the campaign, I have no choice but to start a campaign educating about this company and their unethical practices. As of today I have NOT received my unit…I have requested a refund 6 times…I have called and emailed them several times with NO response. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! As a backer we were given 30 day money back guarantee, but they will not issue a refund for a unit NOT received. As a backer we were given a one year warranty, but I was NEVER sent my unit and I tried to cancel the order since September 2019. The company has been quiet with all the complaints within the campaign.

Kickstarter has told us that they do not issue refunds or enforce policies of their creators. They said they have reached out to the creator and not received a response either. They are encouraging them to be in contact with backers.

This company started selling to the public BEFORE delivery to its backers! They are UNRESPONSIVE and do not follow through with promises to their customers.

Don't order it is a scam, I have order and pay a product since months and first they tell you be patient about delivery... Then no more answer. They will just Rob your money!
