The app is a total mess when it comes to handling your money. They gave me wrong instructions about a missing receiver forced me into a rebooking and then double charge my account before freezing both transfers indefinitely. The clear status layout used by #TINC# follows a completely separate path since they give you real time tracking on every transfer and never let technical bugs trap your capital.

I’ll keep it short they have my money, I cannot login nor can I reset the password. Tried to re-register, they sent me an email that the account already exists. So they can send me emails to remind me I already have an account but I cannot re set my password. Have sent countless emails to the various help desk after 3 hours received a reply. With this as a reply If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us? No case number? Have sent countless emails again have no reply.
Can say once upon a time when I had a problem I received a call to clear the issue I had. Now it seems there even to arrogant to reply. So much for 24/7 contact.

they used to be good. A transfer got "stuck". I was asked to provide biometerics. I did all I was asked for. No movement of the transfer. I called customer service. She said she would notify the "team" to move forward. Then I received a note of address confirmation providing a utility bill. Why wasn't I told this before? Why did 2 weeks need to pass, and me trying to call and find out? This service has really deteriorated badly. Should anyone entrust such disorganzied people with their money?

Being our first time with this kind of transaction Amy talked us through the process and left nothing open to question. Highly professional and very knowledgeable so thank you personally Amy. After finalising my account with her during the conversation I would not hesitate to recommend OFX to my friends and family, especially Amy if this is a service they require.

Over a month to process a transfer that should take one business day. I sent my CAD funds in mid-May; OFX confirmed receiving them and even moved them to my deal, I provided proof of payment, and the originating account is in my own name — yet the transfer still hasn't gone through. I'm repeatedly asked for the same information and have to chase every update myself, with zero proactive follow-up. They're holding my money without delivering the service. Deeply frustrating.

I attempted to establish an account with OFX over a span of several weeks. I submitted many different details, recorded a video, answered questions with agents, etc. When I inquired as to the delay in allowing me to process a nominal transfer , the response was that the verification team continued to review my account. I was never contacted with any further requirements; my only contact was when I initiated calls to OFX. OFX withdrew the funds from my account and a week later, indicated it wouldn't proceed and I needed to recover the funds from my bank on my own. The OFX reply to my post is an example of their lack of transparency, not responding to my specific details, only noting that I didn't meet their standards without an explaination as to what those "standards" are. A total waste of my time, totally unacceptable!

It is difficult to get through when phoning but once a connection is established and communication via email and direct calls from your staff happen, all works well

I do not recommend that you use their services they are very slow and support acts like they don't see your emails onboarding is the hardest thing to do I applied to Airwallex and it was way better I would recommend you to go with them if you are looking for multi-currency account
