I just went somewhere in person in public they said $200 and something for them to unlock which I thought was crazy

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEY CHARGE YOU ONE AMOUNT THEN SAY YOU HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER FEE AND ITS A STRONG CHANCE THEY CANNOT UNLOCK AND WILL NOT TELL YOU ALSO THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THEY REFUND BUT YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.SCAMMERS plus there are way cheaper and better services, wish I could give them -0. Good Good I hope my phone unlocks

I paid the initial 23.99 to get my phone unlocked 2 days later they said they wanted 77$ more yet called my phone an IPHONE and it's not..This is a SCAM APP

It’s a rip off
You pay £14.99 then when it’s time to unlock they want another 46.99

Total scam.
Do not use this company. Unfortunately too many of us have been caught out.

Very efficient and user friendly

This is a very old phone on an account that has been paid off. I dislike that I had to pay to use this device again.

I believe this company is a SCAM!!!!

I originally purchased the product for $24 to have a new phone unlocked that I erroneously bought locked to a carrier on Amazon. This part was my fault because I use spectrum mobile and it claims to use Verizon towers so I bought a Verizon phone but they are not part of the Verizon network, they only use the towers.
An unlocked phone cost about $100 more than what I paid so when official sim unlock asked for an additional charge of $98.88, I was ok paying it because they said my phone would be unlocked in 24-72 hours. That was on May 17. I emailed after the 72 hours and my phone was still not unlocked and they said it would be another 24-48 hours.
It is now May 27 and they say there is “global database outages—linked to ongoing international disruptions—are impacting processing systems across multiple providers.“
I received this after requesting information again last night…

At this time I’ve asked for a refund of the $98.88 because I am returning the locked phone and buying an unlocked one, which I should have done in the beginning instead of wasting my time with this SCAM company!!!
