In my previous review in trustpilot of this company they lied that the product wasn't in stock and needed 10 days delivery..Following the late arrival, the screen I ordered came broken. Thay told me ups broke it and I should go after them... It's the first time I received a damaged item and the seller instead of replacing it told me to go after the delivery company! These guys are lying constantly!

9 days to rechive simple information
After placing my order, it took me nine days to receive information that they were out of stock. They suggested replacement models that were far from the specifications of the model I selected. After exchanging several messages and trying to reach an agreement, I was told that the order could remain active and that they might have the TV in stock someday, but they couldn't tell me when, and I can't expect any compensation from them for the inconvenience. I do not recommend this store.
Didn't receive my order
My order was lost and I didn't receive it even after 2 weeks instead of 3 days as they told me before I bought it, and I wasn't informed about it until I called them. They caused me a lot of damage to the business and they didn't care to fix what happened because of them or compensate me for it. I think I received the worst service in my life from the worst company...

What I really don't like is the shopping experience as all the prices are shown excluding BTW, which is deceiving.

What a mess
It takes 2 weeks to deliver an item that is immediately available. You will not be kept informed of anything and you must contact us yourself to stay informed. When the item finally arrives, it is not the right item. Contacted OfficeEasy and you hear nothing again. After contacting again, the blame is placed on the supplier and they have to look for a supplier who has the correct item. And that for an item that is immediately available.
their website tells lies, don't deliver to promises
For a scanner that was supposedly "in stock " with 2 days of delivery, the status after one week was still "in treatment"... a lie on their website is the conclusion. I called, asking for news and they told us "they would immediately give feedback"... again 3 days later, still the order is "in treatment"... a mail was sent 2 days later, still no response... lousy customer service, they don't deliver to promises... their website is a lie and fake information. Very urgent order with no sense of urgency from their side. Last time we order here.

I didn't receive my package
I didn't receive my package, DPD said they did delivered to my adress. and the "proof" was a line as signature. officeeasy ask for information and when I delivered it ask for more information and details. 1 time I thought I had sent them the information, I didn't. I did not receive anything from them in the meantime when I finally send them (2 weeks later) they said it was to late and couldnt do anything anymore. they are to afraid to call you back even when they say they would, they would send an email instead.
Don't shop here, they promise things that they don't deliver.
