The phones arrived in 2 days. At the beginning there was a problem with the answer machine, and also with the phone not keeping the correct time set. I had helpful contact with customer services and the problems are now all sorted. I am very happy with the phones, particularly the low-radiation Eco mode and Eco mode plus as I am Electrically sensitive.

Very bad service.
Very bad service.
Ordered a phone that they claimed to have in stock, they didn't have it, then kept leading me on for 5 weeks saying the phone would be delivered "next week". After 5 weeks of waiting, constantly being misinformed and kept in the dark about the delivery, i asked them for a short-term solution, i suggested an alternative supplier who did have the device in stock, but they did not want to cooperate.
So instead they just refund the money and say "go buy it somewhere else yourself".
I even paid 44 euro's extra for their specific plus package.
Bad company, bad communication, bad service, falsely advertised stock and delivery times.

The product you ordered was on our deported stock, but there was a problem form the carrier who lost our package between our deported stock and our logistics, that's why it was much longer than 5 opening days which is the usual delay.
You were refund yesterday for all the price of your order.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Very difficult communication , after paying delay of the order was more than 15 days for item which was advertised as available . No reply of my mails .
