Very good customer support! They went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer.

The chair arrived within 1 week of ordering in poor refurbished condition, with two issues.

1. The padding on the arm rests fell apart when touched.
2. The base was sent to me with a wheel pin stuck in it. I was told I can remove this easily myself. However I spent over 30 minutes trying to remove it and it did not come out.

Replacements parts were sent to me 1 week later and the chair is now functional.

The Warehouse manager Rowan was a great help, but he did email me that his bosses made him feel uncomfortable and blamed him for my original 1 star review.
Keep your chin up Rowan, you are doing a great customer service job.

Very fast delivery

I ordered a refubrished Herman Miller chair. It arrived a bit later than stated and a minor piece of it was defective - it was rather a cosmetic issue. The company was very responsive and helpful, they immediately sent a replacement for the defective part. Other than that the chair is in very good condition and it's a great quality for a reasonable price with a solid warranty. Based on my experience I can recommend Offeco as a trustworthy company that cares for its customers.

I've ordered the Herman Miller Mirra Graphite Butterfly chair from them during the black friday sales for a decent price.
Due to the period the shipping was a bit slower, however it was something to be expected due to the period.

The chair is in great condition.

It arrived slightly damaged, which was caused by shipping / handling during transport, however Offeco was extremely responsive and amenable.

They quickly solved the issue and I greatly appreciated their responsiveness and friendliness.

The customer support was professional and incredibly helpful. I had a problem with one of the refurbished chairs and the customer support representative sorted out the problem and even replaced the chair with a model of my choosing. Overall it was incredibly helpful and nice experience.

The customer service was really responsive when the delivery of the cabinet I order arrived damaged, they offered to send replacements for the damaged parts and address all the concerns I had.

I ordered a chair from Offeco.nl to Spain.
I was initially worried about the chair arriving in time, however the support team directed me to an email contact who has been super helpful - he escalated the delivery to make sure it arrives on time. Couldn't be more thankful with the service! Insanely good prices + amazing customer support.

I ordered on Friday night, and I got the refurbished chair on the next Thursday. The promised delivery time (3-5 working days) was achieved, so satisfactory. Only the wheels were torn and dirty, but I easily replaced them with the brand-new wheels sent along with the chair. Now the chair seems completely new. Very good job, thanks!

I needed some support regarding my invoice which was answered promptly and very friendly. Would 10/10 order again

Purchased a remastered Aeron. Received it the week after, it was very very well packaged.

It had a broken lever, but they were quick to send me a new one, along a complete tutorial on how to change it.
Had a bit of damage on the plastic of the seat but nothing too bad, and had a misscommunication about the matching headrest but they were quick to fix it aswell. Answered every question before and after my purchase. I'm confident they would follow up on warranty issues if they happen with how the purchase process was.

I ordered an office chair. It took a little longer than usual - but the customer support was really attentive and friendly. The quality of the chair is nearly perfect. Overall pretty good, thanks guys.
