Daarbij bieden wij ook onze eigen nieuwe hoogwaardige producten aan. Bij ons is alles mogelijk: volledig hergebruikt, een combinatie van gebruikt en nieuw, of volledig nieuw. Al onze kantoormeubelen zijn op voorraad, direct leverbaar en worden allemaal geleverd met garantie.

Incredible value for a "like new" chair

I got helpful advice on their chat before buying my Vitra chair. After ordering, the chair was at my door in only 1 week. The product is in perfect condition and the price was amazing. 10/10 experience, highly recommend.

Disassembled and broken chair has been delivered

Last week I ordered a refurbished Herman Miller Sayl (condition A).

However, the chair arrived:
- completely disassembled, including internal mechanism parts
- with one bent metal guide rail

The product page does not mention that the customer must fully assemble the chair, including internal parts.
In my opinion, “refurbished” should mean cleaned, checked, and ready to use — not a DIY rebuild.

I appreciate that Offeco responded promptly to my report and acknowledged the issue.
However, due to the unexpected condition of the product, I decided to purchase another chair locally instead.

Not a scam, but the listing should clearly state the actual condition to avoid misunderstandings.

Our apologies for not being able to meet your expectations. As stated on our shipping page, we ship our chairs outside the Netherlands via parcel post. The chairs cannot be sent fully assembled.

We do our best to restore the chairs to a high standard while keeping the price as reasonable as possible compared to the new price.

If the chair does not meet your expectations, you can always return it to us within 90 days.

Chair is really good and the price is…

Chair is really good and the price is quite competitive. Condition was good for a used chair. Refurbishing could be a bit better to get the chair to mint condition, but it’s expected given the significant discount vs new.

Recieved the wrong chair

Received the wrong chair (or the correct chair with the wrong attachments after explicitly being informed that the correct attachment would be included). As well, there was a promo running to get soft wheels included which were not included.

The whole process to correct this is also taking unnecessarily long.

When i have the right chair I'll update this review.

The team is now in contact with me, and have arranged a replacement. Once aware of the problem it seems the team is doing what they can to assist.

The new chair arrived and I am happy with the response of the team. Overall all a decent resolution, but with a bit of a bumpy start. Once aware of the issue though the team did what they could to rectify the issue.

Steelcase Leap V2 with Atlas Headrest

I’m extremely satisfied with my Steelcase Leap V2. The chair is excellent — very comfortable, highly adjustable, and the Atlas headrest is a perfect addition for long hours of work. The entire buying experience was flawless: prompt communication, fast responses to my questions, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

Great experience!

Great experience!

Starting from the chat service, the delivery and even some questions in between.
always nice and helpful.

The quite expensive chair was packed with great care and came to Germany in perfect condition.

The Chair quality is flawless, I can't tell any marks or something like that, way better then I expected from a refurbished model.

overall I have not a single negative thing to say.

Fixes their mistakes

I ordered a Herman Miller 2 chair with a mesh back but instead received one with the plastic back. I contacted them on e-mail and they sent me the correct mesh back for no additional charge a week or two later. In short, you can trust that even if something will go wrong (which I think will be rare), it will get fixed with an option that you'll be happy with.

Sent me broken chair/parts 2 times in a row -Herman Miller Mirra

Initially, I waited for about a week for the chair to be shipped, but they only sent it after I contacted them directly and reminded them about the order.
Then I received torn apart, with multiple broken plastic parts, a ripped hand support, torn apart seating foam, and the sitting mesh, which was dirty in some sauce/yoghurt/or I don't even want to imagine what.
After I complained about it and sent them a photo, they apologised and tried to solve it by suggesting a 20% discount for the chair (which looked like it was found in the trash), or to send me the new part.
Surely, I agreed to receive the new part and waited another week.
Eventually, the new part appeared to be way better, even though it was very noticeable that the chair was used a lot, broken plastic parts again, but not as important and noticeable as before, shaky hand support (I did not mind, since I don't use it), and a little shaking of the chair in general.
I sent a video to them, showing the shakiness of the chair, but I was convinced that it's not an issue, and it's the way the chair functions.
It calmed me down for a week or so, and for a moment, I thought that maybe I hadn't fixed something when assembling the chair, and it would go away over time.
After extensive usage, I eventually realised that it's a defective chair again with a bad cylinder.
Not sure how we will solve this issue, but unfortunately, I do regret the purchase a lot and wish I had bought a new one from the beginning.

Steelcase Amia Leather experience

A few things you need to know about Offeco:

1. FANTASTIC customer support - quick, very knowledgeable, great attitude

2. Products are in very good condition. I got a Steelcase Amia leather, assembled it in 5 minutes and it works great. Almost like brand new.

3. Pricing & shipping costs are fair. You are not likely to find a better deal especially if you are in Europe

4. And to emphasize again - customer support. They go out of their way to help. In my case, even during their lunch break

Good quality product

Reliable delivery and great product!

It took me a while to get the shipment information, but in the end it got delivered to my address within 5 work days, as promised by the company. I couldn't be home but it was super easy to schedule another delivery appointment with them. The chair arrived in good condition and I'm happy with the product!
