Genuinely the best tea I've ever had!
I was initially drawn to this brand because of the super cool packaging, and the taste is even better! I've had the Blueberry and Mint one, and the Camomile Peach and the flavours are delicious and fresh. I immediately ordered some more for a friend. Will definitely be buying from OFFBLAK again!

I never received my parcel as…
I never received my parcel as apparently the address had been entered incorrectly although I double checked on the website and it was entered correctly from my part. My parcels were sent back to the sender, I never received a refund and am still trying to contact them now about it. This all happened after I expected it to be delivered and now it’s too close to Christmas for me to reorder presents for my loved ones. Not happy with my service, would not buy again.

Hi Sofia, i am sorry for the inconvenience. From what i can see royal mail have said that they attempted delivery of the order but addressee was not present. As delivery is done by 3rd party courier services, this was out of our control. We have resent this order with high priority.
Delicious teas, attractively packaged
I have tried a variety of the teas and love them all. The packaging is good and recyclable. The presentation is also very attractive.
One small reservation - I would prefer to see the teabags in recyclable sachets.

Hey! Thank you for your feedback. All our packaging is widely recyclable! Our Tea packs are a recyclable carton, they are printed only on one side to use less ink & energy! Our Tea Bags are made of the Recyclable plastic PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate). PET is the most widely recycled plastic. We use the best in class aluminium foil sachets to preserve our tea bags, which have the best preservation power for our tea bags and they’re recyclable! We have added pre-paid envelopes to every order, to be sure that our sachets are properly recycled.

Tried most of them and not found one I don’t like . Lovely and refreshing and different to other flavoured teas I’ve had . Love them

Impressive Choice
For the keen tea lover there is too much choice of flavours to be able to make a selection That is why the taster packs I chose as a gift were the ideal solution. No doubt the lucky recipient will find a few favourites there. Ordering was easy and delivery prompt. I didn't find a link to add a gift message but perhaps I missed that.

Got variety pack 1 and 2 and "Nicely Spicy" and it is so far the best tea selection I had for a long time. Must tty for every tea lover.
