This company is a total scam! I ordered two orders and in both orders there were missing masks, plus I was missing a $20 gift card that came in my order.

I requested help from customer service, the representative who helped me was “Gloria”. After a WHOLE month proving them that I didn’t get the $20 gift card and I was missing 5 masks total from my two orders, they told they processed my refund.
My refund never showed up so I told them so, their answer was that they never processed my refund even though they said they did.

This company is a total scam please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Their mask don’t work and they stink. They don’t answer you back for days. The person who helped me “Gloria” said one thing and then contradicted herself.

I have all the proofs about how they scammed me. First she tried to show me “her proofs” saying I ordered less masks than I did, that my order didn’t include a $20 gift card and a booklet.

I sent her my orders and showed her that my ordered included a total of 11 masks+booklet+$20 gift card.

She told me to wait until their team reviewed my proofs, after many emails she got back to me saying that the booklet was an online link (which she sent), the gift card was a discount code (which after several emails she never provided) and that my refund for the 5 missing masks was approved.

After not seeing my refund I got back to her after like 10 emails she answered me that my refund hasn’t been approved and that my order didn’t include a $20 gift card which it did (I showed her the proof and accepted that my order included one in a previous email).

This is a SCAM DON T BUY FROM THEM, if you have any issue the customer service just beat around the bush and stalling for time until you get tired and upset of their non responsiveness and lack of good business practice.

Product did absolutely nothing for me. I requested a refund a month ago and offered to return the two unopened masks but despite many emails back and forth, I still don’t know where to send them and there is no sign of a refund.
* 3rd October- I’ve just been advised that I need to return the unused masks to the US to get a refund even though I ordered from Chinology based in Uk. Very expensive to do this!

Chinology— This is the review I will continue to give until you refund my $49. Next stop the Better Business Bureau and Trust Pilot!

“BUYER BEWARE- This is a TOTAL scam!!! They say it’s from France, but that’s a lie. The back of the package says Made in China!!! Of course it is!!! I bought this product thru the Chinology website thinking I would get the real deal. I didn’t, got SCAMMED!!!
Also, this product does NOT work.
I believe the women in the photos have been photoshopped.
Their money back guarantee is a joke! You cannot have opened the product and get your money back.
I wasted $49!!!! 😡”
