Efficient and Friendly Service
I have just completed on a property marketed by this Estate Agency and highly recommend them. Negotiations between myself and the vendor were handled smoothly and efficiently. I had several contractors visit the property during the buying process and all of them were admitted without stress or complications. James even visited himself and took some extra measurements of the bathroom for me. Great Service

James from ODOS was professional and very good and supportive. A company which charges a very low commission but gives you exceptional service. Very contactable and quick to respond to emails or messages. I hope they grow and compete with the big team players as they deserve to succeed.

The striking characteristic of ODOS was the extreme effort the members of staff I met went to, in assisting me with selling my house.
Everything promised on beforehand was delivered tenfold and I could not have had an easier time dealing with them. Many thanks to James and everyone at ODOS for helping so thoroughly. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market.

Outstanding
The team at ODOS have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Purchasing my first house was an exciting but daunting thought, but from the very first conversation with James I felt at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and even offered impartial, and completely unbiased advice on houses listed with other agents that I was interested in. I would highly recommend to others!
