Avoid Odido we were one of the first people in our area to signup back on 10th Feb 2023 but it's been dozens of calls over the last 12 months to try and get the internet installed. One of our favourite pieces of feedback from the customer service team responsible for connections was why the hurry all of a sudden when I rang twice in the space of two weeks. We always speak to the staff and apparently it's the top of their list and they will personally watch the progress of the account. That has happened atleast 3 different times and each time when you try and followup that person isn't available and you start the conversation again. Each time I go through the process of contacting Odido it takes atleast 1 hour out of my day... I don't want the service anymore and now I have to ring up and wait 20-30 minutes to cancel as you can't do that online even though the chatbot offers the option it advises you need to call. How can it take almost 12 months to get internet when our neighbours have it already??? Also anyone that does have it so far have said the reliability is terrible and they would have never swapped away from Ziggo if they knew it would be so terrible! Maybe in 2025 KPN will finally have it's Fiber service available in our area...
Update Odido team stated they tried to contact me 4 times on the 8th Jan but it was twice at 10:09 and then 10:10. This lack of accuracy from the CS team is what you can expect if you sign up to their services. If you try to contact them via social media they advise to ring them and then you spend 30-40 minutes on hold and they say whatever they can to get you off the call and promise to call you back but never do.

I am using Odido for 2 years and I am very happy with its quite good quality, best price policy. While renewing my contract, they even made more discount. So I am using 40 gb for only 14 Euros. Others are not even close.

Worst Home network provider.
You must wait on customer call for 40-50 mins for them. Their only suggestion is restarting the modem and firebox. If it does not solve, they say they are creating a service ticket. Than what? No back call, no solution, nothing. Customer servic and, network servare aare amongthe worst.
Maybe it is time to hire good engineer and customer service manager if you want to save your customers!

I have read some awful reviews of Odido before signing up for their service, but I thought those must have been exceptional and rare cases. Well, my experience turned out to be equally horrible. I notified Odido about my planned move in date a month ahead and scheduled the technician appointment accordingly. The guy set up the indoor unit perfectly, but it quickly turned out that the fiber line is still not active and there is nothing he could do (other than opening a ticket). Weeks went by, and every time I called Odido's support, I was given a completely different excuse each time.
I decided to cancel my contract after 8 weeks of no service. In the meantime, I signed up for KPN's service. I only had to wait 2 more weeks for the setup appointment, which went perfectly according to the plan, and I had working internet immediately.
I even filed complaints about this experience to Odido multiple times, they never even bothered to acknowledge my complaints ever since.

When I applied for contract renewal I was provided with a discount and additional gigabytes. Only after I concluded the deal I got a message saying that the discount will only apply if I have several subscriptions tied to my address, and the only one subscription that I have is insufficient. Now in the next sim subscription I will have 10Gb instead of proposed 20gb and for more expensive price.

During the last two weeks I have contacted Incasso several times in order to cancel my subscription since I moved to another country. Have also contacted customer service, and the lady created a report to forward to Incasso. Still nothing and I keep paying my subscription only because of their laziness.

Odido's customer service insisted that port-forwarding would be possible with the new 5G modems. I ordered a 5G modem subscription with this in mind, when I hooked everything up and called customer service, this suddenly wasn't possible anymore.
If you get put on hold for 20 minutes by customer service so they can talk to a technician, it's reasonable to assume the answer you get afterwards is accurate. Just say "I don't know, I'm sorry" next time, this is ridiculous.

Really horrible. I pay for 100mbps and l am the only one using it. When watching something on YouTube or Amazon and no other devices connected or using the network it glitches, stops more than 20 times for 7min playing video and it’s just not stable at all. Disaster. You get more irritation than rest after workday. That’s a shame for provided service and monthly and yearly increase of the subscription fee. Strongly avoid this provider. There is nothing good here.
/// that’s weird you can’t find my account if l still use your Internet Home until 02/01/2026. Luckily after that l will no longer struggle with Odido services.

I’ve been a client for years, once upon a time they couldn’t direct debit 18 euro from my account. Instead of trying again (since they sufficiently did every following months) or calling me, they gave this bill to a random incasso service, that sent me an email from a random mailbox, stating that I have to pay via a link (looking like scam). At the end of story I ended up paying 80 euro to this incasso company for my 18 euro bill to Odido. Next steps? Cancelling my thuis and mobile subscriptions. Bye bye!!!

Deciding to switch to Odido was the worst decision of my life. The day they technicians were supposed to install their device, they came without the proper equipment, they had to leave and set another date...3 long weeks later. They showed up again, different set of wingnuts, same problem. They came and left. Apologized with a chuckle. Meanwhile, Ziggo cuts off our connection, as agreed. Called Odido support, was passed on from one person to the next, had to tell my story over and over again, and finally got what was supposed to be the "last guy", but he had to call me on my number, so I hung up. He calls but doesn't hear me, I can hear him. He calls again, same story. It turns out my roommate had made some calls too--same story. They shake you off by switching you off! I called again, told my story for the hundreth time and finally got a guy who offered a code that would provide unlimited wifi via my phone hotspot. Great! Had lo-fi wifi but that was good enough, UNTIL of course, "unlimited" was NOT unlimited. It ran out. And I'm 100 euros poorer having to go beyond my Ziggo data bundle. I use the internet for work, so I had no choice. But I'm more than happy to pay a bit more to write this review. STAY WITH ZIGGO!

Had an internet contract which I no longer wanted. It was a month to month no obligation contract.
I went to their store to cancel my contract and brought them the modem. They refused and said I need to call their customer service. I called their CS and was on hold for 30 minutes in total, yet nobody picked up (they have a dedicated line for cancellations, which they seem to keep understaffed).
I have emailed them about cancellation and filled out a contact form on their website. They didn't respond to any communications and they've continued to pretend like I didn't cancel the contract.
Without my consent, and in violation of GDPR laws, they've registered my personal data with Preventel, which is a black list that prevents you from obtaining an internet contract with other providers. They've also sent my non existent invoices to CEOE Incasso for collection.
Anyway, now I'm in the process of lodging formal complaints against Preventel and Odido to relevant oversight authorities, and maybe I'll sue them in civil courts later on for tort damages, who knows.
CEOE Incasso didn't respond to my cease & desist, so we'll see what happens there. They might "join the party" of scumbags who ignore basic laws as well.
So think twice before you sign up with this provider, it will be a lot of headache to cancel.
Oh and the internet service was shit, it's why I cancelled in the first place. Constant outages in the middle of the day.
PS I will not give up and have sufficient resources for a multi year lawsuit. I have my house paid off, no major expenses, and we live in a country where the loser ultimately pays the winners' legal fees. So trust me, all of these scumbag companies will get their day of reckoning. It's just will take a few years.

Any problems… avoid this company. No signal in my neighbourhood, and chatbot is genuinely horrible.

My contract originally started in February. However, because I moved in June, when I called customer service, they said that contracts restart upon relocation and therefore my contract, which was supposed to end in February, would now end in June. This is ridiculous. If I moved, my existing contract should have been transferred, but apparently, it's being restarted due to company policy.
My advice to new members: If you want to sign a contract with Odido, I think you shouldn't. I don't recommend it.
I wanted to mention beforehand that, due to company policy, contracts are not transferred during a move; instead, they stated that the contract could be canceled or renewed if desired. However, I wasn't informed of this during the move process, and I wasn't aware that it could be canceled, so they renewed my contract instead. Those planning a move should be aware of this. However, customer service later contacted me and politely and understandingly resolved my issue. I believe they managed the process well. Therefore, I have updated my review and rating.

The amount of disruption of service is massive, especially for home internet. I used to be a T-mobile customer and have signed an offer, now with Odido as the new name, the quality of internet connection has been unacceptable. If you work from home, this isn’t a reliable service.

I have used Odido for 10 years since i came to Netherlands. If no issue it is ok. But if there is issue, calling there customer service to solve is no- ending drama. Very disappointed
I have signed a new contract recently to get a Samsung phone and a watch, which i saw in their website. Then it turned out that there is no watch included according to Samsung website. I called Odido immediately and they told me that nothing they can do (eventhough this is what they put in the promotion). Then i wanted to cancel the order. Calling everyday for 5 days now, everyday they guide me a new department. Fx: today they told me to submit the return form but the form did not work. On the other day, they told me to send email to incasso email address. After 2 days, i called to check status of cancellation as i receive no reply then they told me to call next day to talk with sales department. Next day i managed to call their sales department then they told me that another department is handling that and there is no way to reach them. What a drama with Odido. This is how they treat 10- year customer.
Update: customer complaint handling team has contacted me and arrange the compensation for this. I appreciate the reaction and hope that they will improve the customer service support.
