When I go to my Odido there is no linked subscription. My husband has been on the phone with Odido about this multiple times. We are still waiting on a reaction or a fix.
I want access to our account and invoices, because I want to know where the difference in monthly payments comes from.
Additionally when I try to link our subscription in our account it can't find anything based on our adress and birth date.
Which is funny (but not really) because all our data that Odido had stored has been leaked, but simultaneously it's unfindable when I want to link my subscription to my account.

No Trust
This is a great company if you want to be targeted by cyber-criminals, phishing attacks, and get your money stolen. Even before that, I had internet issues after their cellular network completely went down. And it took months for my connection to be healthy again. I regularly commute outside the country and roaming was operational only half the time. Last week cellular internet was down about an hour.

This morning at haveibeenpwned.com confirmed that my personal data has been leaked. Odido doesn't seem to care at all for their customers. No reaction on e-mail, and outdated information on their information page about the data-leak.
Tirrible service and leaks
Had terrible experiences with them before so moved over to KPN, deleted my account and everything and now I hear my information was leaked after the hack, this is one of the or me examples of a cold and malicious company that care not for its customers.
Data leak and password change
in view of data leak, decided to change my password, internet acces from Spain was blocked, Odido app unable to acces, sms security code was not sent.
30 min wait at customer services, which stated the problem is in your phone, which is a false statement. SMS function was normal on my phone.
I told customer services not to try to transfer their problems to me.
Then the guy on the phone went mad, and broke the phone connection.

I have the worst experience with Odido. It started in the shop in Delft with one of the employees. He said that they could not close a contract with my EU passport and that is the Dutch law. I live in the Netherlands for 20 years and never experiences this só I was very surprised. My husband had already our kids contract with Odido só he needed to come with me to close the contract! He is British btw! Because the guy at the shop in Delft told me it was the Dutch law i thought that maybe changed and did not check other providers. After this incident we also requested to transfer my phone number to the Odido contract. Several attempts and being always rejected during 5 months on of phone calls and different approaches and people telling me different things i called KPN! I had a new contract on my name that I could do online with my number in a week!!!! They said that the dutch law is a lie… probably this employee in Delft lied just to get the contract and the iPhone we bought! Today we went there and this employee was full of atitude and agressive and started to make excuses. We want to cancel all contracts with Odido with no penalty and already submitted complaints with no answer!!! And now our data is leaked! One of the worst providers I have ever encountered . Customer service is a pile of crap and they are completely disrepectful. Don’t get involved with them!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I haven't even started my contract and I am already experiencing problems. I thought it would be easer if I continue with the same provider that my previous neighbor had and I was using, he advise me against it, but I didn't listen. He also had some problems before. I am sitting without any internet and had been talking to 10 different people on the phone but also in person. Every single one tells me a different story. At first technician will come on the 5th, then on 11th. When I asked why can't they come on 5th I was told it is a "grace period" in which former user can change his mind. Then I was told take the click and klaar device in the meantime, that it is free for 2 weeks, then somebody else saying that is not free. Than at last I got one person who is willing to help and they didn't want to put me through to him on the phone the second time I called, because the first time I wasn’t at home at that moment and couldn’t check a number on the device, because then the client is expecting always to talk to the same person or some weird reason like that. I said that I will then call again. When I did, nobody wanted to answer the call for 10 minutes. I didn’t even get the survey at the end because they knew I would leave a bed review. In the meantime the store is closed, because it is past 6, I can't by the click device anymore, I have to wait until tomorrow. I am canceling my contract and good job Odido you lost a customer before you even got it in the first place. Terrible experience and terible customer service. There is a reason you have over 50% grade 1 on the reviews.

Russian roulette with customer data
Odido refuses to pay the hackers, and doesn't seem to care for theier customers. It would cost them about 1 euro for each customer. With so much extremely sensitive data they play a Russian roulette game.
Security breach followup
Odido fails to inform customers properly and refuses to respond to questions from the media, like 'RTL Nieuws'. They don't deny what is said in the media about the data breach, so we have to assume the media are correct.
As a result, we can conclude Odido lies to their customers. They said social security numbers are not stored in their systems, but they are part of the data breach, according to RTL. They continue to lie, since the information page is still incorrect.
I switched to odido recently from ziggo…
I switched to odido recently from ziggo for internet and phone. I am on a 1000MB fiberoptic plan, however, as soon as you step one meter away from the router that drop to 100MB . Coverage in the house (which is small in size) is weak. Compared to Ziggo, their router was powerful, every corner of the house had the same speed, just a little bit more expensive. I though I have saved some money, but once this contract expires I will switch back. With the phone the same, Limburg area, only 2-3 lines on the network status.

Very bad data security practices. Please vote with your wallet people! This is just a money milking machine without any care for their customers.
They mention under each data breach related review the same nonsense. If you truly wanted to limit the impact for your customers, you should have paid the hackers. As it would have been at max 1 euro per customer, that would have earned itself back in one month. Worst provider in the Netherlands!
