Painful Octopus!
I’ve been a customer of Octopus Energy for several years. After many billing mistakes things seem to have settled down after they grasped the ability to differentiate my day rate from my night rate. I have been trying to change my current e7 tariff to the much bragged about Snug tariff, specially designed for people with storage heaters. I have compatible heaters and a compatible smart meter . It’s now been 2 months, lots of emails to my customer service representative Jade, who has been excellent. Still no switch! Not sure if it’s because I’ll be paying less! I think Jade may have given up now as she’s launched an internal grievance. I expected better from the best energy supplier according to Which! One star from me seems a bit generous!
