🚨 WARNING: My Experience with tronenergy.market (Lost $25,000 in TRX) 🚨
I want to share my full experience so others don’t fall into the same trap.
On March 30, 2026 (11:15 PM), I connected my TronLink wallet to tronenergy.market to stake energy. Everything initially looked normal. I approved the transaction, and the platform even sent me 21.4395 TRX, which made it seem legitimate.
However, things quickly turned suspicious.
On March 31, early morning, I received another 80 TRX, which appeared to be used for permission-related actions. Shortly after, multiple transactions happened automatically:
Rewards were claimed twice
500 TRX was unstaked without my intention
Then, around 05:48 AM, the real damage happened.
🚨 Unauthorized activity began on my wallet
🚨 My account permissions were changed (100 TRX fee)
🚨 A multisig was added without my consent
🚨 I completely lost control of my wallet
After that, I couldn’t do anything. The attacker removed my permissions and took full control.
💔 Total loss: $25,000 worth of TRX
⚠️ My Warning to Everyone
Never blindly approve transactions—even if they look normal
Be extremely careful with sites asking for multiple approvals
Some platforms may appear legitimate at first (even sending small funds) to gain your trust
Always double-check permission requests—this is where the real danger is
I’m sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did. Please stay safe and always verify before connecting your wallet.
If something feels even slightly off, stop immediately.
