Octopus energy in Spain is much cheaper…
Octopus energy in Spain is much cheaper than the last provider I had for my apartment in Spain. Is one difference a major one for me, my last provider issued energy bills in English, when I asked octopus if they could do the same, the unfortunate reply was no. I think that if one company can do it then why can't another one, how hard can it be in this day and age, especially with AI to produce an electricity bill in English.

Easy process, cheaper prices
I researched electricity prices in Spain and compared them with my current contract with Iberdrola. I deal with Octopus in the UK and know them for a simple straightforward approach. I spoke to Adelaida, perfect English and she took me through the process quickly and efficiently. Hopefully her colleagues will be as good going forward. Definitely recommend.

I contacted Octopus Energy to find out if switching supplier was a sensible decision to make. The agent that dealt with my query was called David A.
David was very honest and thorough and exceptionally professional with my enquiry.
In this instance switching electricity provider wasn't the right decision but should I had not contacted Octopus directly and been dealt with so well I would have made a wrong choice.
I would recommend Octopus simply for their professional approach - thankyou David.

What amazing company Octopus , we signed up with a referral but it didn’t work. So I emailed them and got in touch with a lady called Gabi . She was amazing and sorted out everything for me . We are due to get our €50 and so is our friend who sent us the referral

It's early days, but so far out transition to Octupus from a major competitor has gone very smoothly, from the very quick transfer, to the significant savings on our monthly bills.

For a fantastic service.
I called to enquire about pricing as my current company have raised their prices once again.
Francisco explained in perfect English what their prices were.
He asked me to send my last account so that he could check and ensure that Octopus energy could definitely offer us a much lower price
He came back to me once again step by step he explained the prices and that they could do the change over for us if we wanted to change supplier.
It was such a relief to have this problem resolved I was more than happy to accept.
In a matter of 48hrs every thing was resolved for me and now I am happy to say that we are Octopus Energy Customers.

Our switch to Octopus Energy went smoothly.
We've already changed suppliers several times, and the first time we were helped in English (which is very helpful if your Spanish isn't great).
The woman who called us, Adelaida, was extremely friendly and helpful. After three months with Chippio, where they make a lot of promises but the bill turns out to be the same, Adelaida took care of everything in just a few hours! Fantastic!

I just signed up with Octopus Spain as many friends in the UK comment on their price and excellent service.
I had to send an email to ask if my account had been activated, since it took more than 48-72 hours, which they had said.
I received a reply to my email very quickly to confirm that I am now an Octopus customer and also have my own person manager, whose name is Reyes. He will be there whenever I need help. So far, so good.
