Every person we have dealt with there has been so compassionate, understanding, and helpful. They have helped us so much through a very difficult time. We are so grateful to them.

I wish everyone would change to Octopus. They deserve everyones support. They are outstanding. They really care, and they act on that care by coming up with realistic solutions. We are truly overwhelmed by how amazing they have been. We never expected a utilities company to be so kind and amazing - especially having previously dealt with Ecotricity who just sent an email around stating they are now reporting to credit agencies regarding overdue accounts etc. In these very hard times for so many people, Octopus is helping people out in huge ways, while Ecotricity is reporting late payers, people struggling etc to credit agencies, just making things more challenging for those people.

Octopus Energy has heart and soul. The people are truly amazing. I encourage anyone not with them already to go with them. They deserve all the support.

My Smart Meter was installed yesterday.The installation engineer was extremely efficient in testing the existing equipment before installing, and explained the procedure of installation. Was professional and pleasant when doing the work. On completion, explained how the IHD worked. Very satisfied customer.

Always responsive to emails - within a day. Extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Very clear and informative monthly messages. Highly recommended.
