I was trying to add switch a gas account from another supplier to Octopus, for a premises which already had an existing electricity account with Octopus. Octopus employee Tuf was able to sort it out as it could not be done online. The default option for online switches for dual fuel sites is to offer fixed rate prices for both fuels at once, but in this case the electricity was already with Octopus. It might be helpful if Octopus created a mechanism by which such switches can be done online. That's why I had to ring Octopus and speak to Tuf. The process took quite a long time - there was some postcode confusion. Tuf was pleasant and courteous throughout.

Following a change of Bank accounts, we had to rectify a declined DD and shift it to the new account. Meah was so helpful and swift. All sorted in one short telephone call.

Cannot thank Sahela enough. We had a problem and although we had contacted Octopus several times, we didn't seem to be getting anywhere. In a matter of about 10 minutes Sahela calmly found the mistake, rectified the problem and sorted everything out. It's like a weight has been lifted. Thank you so much.
