Better than 5*s - Grace has been beyond helpful. When the initial switch to Octopus was cancelled due to us not doing steps at our end, she has made it so easy to pick back up where we left off without too much hassle. Things are now progressing again with the switch to Octopus and we are thrilled as a business for the better rates and excellent customer service

Mia was excellent - she took accountabilty, listened to the issues, acknowledged them, talked like a human not a robot or someone with a 'pitch sheet', the resolved and followed up in writing whilst I was still on the call.
LIGHTYEARS better than EcoTricity, and will absolutely mean I now move my personal electric to Octopus (not just the business electric). Hopefully all customer service at Octo is this good. 10/10

Always friendly when I ring, easy to understand and no funny business (unlike other companies). Aneesa sorted me out today and Zain was also helpful earlier in the day. I love the easy to use modern dashboard for my online account too!

Jan offered me a really good deal
Jan offered me a really good deal - i've always been with Octopus Business, and didn't really want to move to a competitor. They did offer me a really good quote to renew - which I have accepted.
