Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. I ordered my lamp on 24/10/23.I was informed delivery would be 3-10 days and would be kept updated. Tried twice to contact with email no reply , left message (as you can’t speak to anybody) no one has got back to me.Like other customers I am really worried I have lost my money through trusting this site.Just want to know how I can get my money back.

I placed an order in early August and was met with a multitude of excuses why the product could not be sent, after the company committing to a 3-7 day delivery timeframe. At the beginning of October I requested a refund, I am now unable to get a refund, even after commitments to pay have been made. The service is deplorable, I would avoid this company

Again wished I read the reviews. My light was showing in stock… saw the reviews and thought I’d send an email to confirm delivery date hit a response stating might be the 20th but no guarantee… way over 3 to 10 working days initially stated… I’ve contacted the company and my bank.

My order is a month late now and no signs of showing up. I only received a reply from the owner, after I posted a review on Google, to say they would look into it, but still nothing. They seem to give the same response to complaints.
They never answer the phone or reply to any emails. It’s so frustrating. I cannot believe the 5 star reviews they get. They've taken my money but there is currently no sign of the light showing up.

I have been trying to get the status on my order! Order Reference: 368796 (OL368796), still no response from Ocean lighting! I've sent emails and tried their contact number. This is beyond terrible! How can I get my products or a refund please?!

I ordered some lamp shades several months ago still not arrived after several chasing emails. Now no response asking for a refund

Ordered 2Laura Ashley lamps which never arrived. They kept saying they were on their way. Ordered in July have since asked for a refund, which I’m still waiting for. Owe me £144. Please don’t order from this company. Worse I have ever encountered.

I wished I read the reviews earlier. Seems like there are quite a few describing my exact experience; I've ordered a DAR ceiling light on 21st of August 2023, and still did not receive the product. I've sent emails more than once, every time being promise the product will be delivered in the next week but nothing received so far. I keep asking for a refund but I am being ignored...

Placed an order and expected delivery within the promised period. Fails to arrive.

Chase Ocean Lighting 4 times - each approach is ignored/ghosted. Shocking customer service. I am still without the product whilst they still ignore and still advertise the item as available and in stock!! This is tantamount.to fraud

Ordered something in August. Heard nothing. When I chased they said sorry we don’t recognise your address. I had already paid. A few days later they said we lost your order sorry. 6 weeks later still nothing

Ordered a quantity of Manrose Transformers as stock for my property portfolio and when replacing a defective unit from this stock it was discovered that the replacement unit was also faulty. I was advised to complete the returns form on their website and a replacement was dispatched in a timely fashion. Thank you Connor at Ocean Customer Services

I don’t normally write reviews but after receiving such excellent service from ocean lighting I would like to commend both the professional and friendly service I have received. I only intended to purchase a beautiful Laura Ashley lamp, but was so impressed with the quality of their stock I decided to order some light fittings for my staircase too.
I wouldn’t hesitate recommend ocean lighting, and will definitely purchase again.

Great service and friendly staff! With such a wide range of lighting I was able to find lights for every room in our new home, Staff were very knowledgeable on what bulbs to use and total loadings for the dimmer switches. Fast delivery, will definitely be using again in the future!

I place an order (no: 367680) for Dar Vanessa 5 Ceiling light on August 21st 2023 which was given as 'being in stock' with delivery date as 3 to 10 working days. Initially no-one replied to emails and then promises of delivery dates were given - the last shipment date promised was October 6th 2023. I have sent emails requesting a refund but have not had an answer to date.
This is a scam - there was no intention to fill this order.

Since writing my original review my credit card bank got my money back from Ocean Lighting’s bank. I suggest that others who have had the same experience keep your correspondence with this company and contact your credit card.

Purchased my Kitchen lights from these guys and I got a great deal, Guy in showroom very knowledgable and we will certainly be back for our living room lights

ordered an Enzo Bel7407 for our new bathroom and it arrived promptly and now fitted looks lovely and really finishes the room off.
Would in the future deal with Ocean Lighting

I have had the same experience as all the other negative reviews - ordered 2 lights, over six weeks ago now. Company promised they were in stock and delivery would be 3-10 days. They took my money and I never heard another thing from them. It took me three phone calls (all of which got put through to voicemail) and three emails before anyone even responded to me. I have since been fobbed off with false promises that items would be delivered the week of 2nd Oct (didn’t happen) and guaranteed delivery on 11th Oct (didn’t happen). Customer service and honesty are non-existent with this company. You only have to look at the standard reply they are attaching to each bad review on this site to see they don’t care one bit. Avoid this company at all costs - they are dishonest thieves.

Descriptions of items accurate, easy to order, great delivery times and really happy with the quality of the 4 lights/standard lamp I ordered. Will definitely order from you again

Great service from Ocean Lighting. Ordered two pendant lights that didn’t quite match each other ocean lighting sent another pendant and resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently. Pendants look stunning everyone comments on them and they were half the price of the ones we saw in a furniture store. Will definitely use this company again. Tracy Simpson
