Storing items before a house move
We used a container to store items before a house move. The container was very clean. The staff I spoke to were lovely and very helpful. The emails and instructions on usage and pass code entry were very clear. I was very happy in the knowledge my items were safe and secure and there are a lot of cameras and staff do regular patrols of the site which was very reassuring. All in all a great service and very easy to use. Would highly recommend

Excellent secure storage

Great Customer Service
Both Lee and John are great guys very customer focussed. No hard sales Nothing is a problem for them they do everything to support and re assure you with the transition and also very heloful with any queries whilst renting. Genuinely decent, knowledgeable and helpful.

From arranging access, to leaving the site… everything from communication to friendliness of all staff was 100%.
The site is well spaced, so no issues getting to container.

Really easy to set up and a range of sizes of storage. Facility very clean and plenty of trollies to use. Staff friendly and helpful. Location very good and access excellent.

Very easy to arrange, easy to enter site and no problems with container. Once we had finished storing our stuff our deposit was returned quickly.
