They sent me an old version of ISTA from 2020, that does not work without a license key. When I contacted customer service they told me I need a newer version and I need to buy one. What a complete scam! BUYER BEWARE!

I have just installed software for the VAG group from obdii365 and I also got remote installation done for me. A very competent and nice team to work with. All my questions were answered and I was assured of continued support in case of any issues. I hope to get all my other software from the obdii365 team since they are very reliable. Despite the 5hour time difference from where I am they worked with me until the installation was over and it is working very well.
