Ordered on 15 Feb 2026. Partial shipment was agreed on 3 Mar 2026, but as of 18 Mar 2026 I have received nothing. No refund for the out-of-stock item. Emails ignored. This is a breach of EU consumer law. I expect immediate delivery of available items and refund for missing items.

I am a big fan of Obag .

I am a big fan of Obag .
I was on holiday in Europe this July and purchased items on line .
However they didn’t arrive after a month and I had to come back home to Australia.
I called the company and ask for refund.
Now it’s middle of September and I still haven’t received my money back
I have contacted them multiple time and there is no answer.
Very disappointing
Still waiting for my $ 615 to be refunded

I should have believed the reviews

I should have believed the reviews. Absolutely appalling customer service, incompetent staff. I have been waiting for an order since June. Had to chase them about it, they didn't reply until I started repeatedly sending them emails. Then they told me to contact the carrier.
Really frustrated with the stupidity with which they operate, wasting my time and offering no help.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I never write reviews but this company is the worst. I ordered a few clocks and bands but never got them after waiting for weeks. Tried to e-mail customer service (that they mentioned in their confirmation e-mails) many times. I even called to Italy to ask if they could help me. They were very rude and told me to write to their Italian e-mail address, so I did and never heard from them again. They refused to ask DHL where it went wrong and I couldn't start a case myself because they blocked this option. Suddenly the items went back to Italy and I have nothing. I asked PayPal to send me back my money so I hope this will end well. Never ordering from them again

Worst experience ever

No costumer service. No answers to the questions. No replies at all to the emails. 40 eurs for return from Germany. Never never never again from O bag. It is ridiculous.

Terrible experience of CUSTOM CARE on OBAG.EU

Terrible experience of shopping on this site! Horrible "custom care". I don't even think it is a person, because it is repeatedly sending the same message that "We regret to inform you that your order can not be shipped, since the product did not pass our internal quality check."
Really???
And there is more: "We kindly confirm you that it was the last piece."
:)))))))))))))))))))))
One piece of a bag and even a damaged one! What an online international store to find!
Well... I hope they would refund my money.

AVOID…

All 3 of my parcels due to be delivered Today are being kept in my local DHL depot as "the sender requested them to be returned". So basically O bag team requested my parcels to be returned to Italy without actually informing me about it. I paid for them, paid for Taxed and custom duty only to be informed by DHL that I will never receive my parcels. Ha! I don't even know the reason! That is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. I'll never buy anything from them again. AVOID!!!!!
