An absolute useless firm. They are more dishonest than second-hand car salesmen. For around 2 years they messed me around.

Promising anywhere between £20,000 - £100,000 for a huge neglect case against the NHS and a separate case against my old work company.

Both of which turned out to be a wild goose chase, where the Oakwood underqualified "solicitors" would make excuses for delays, and blatantly ignore phone calls and emails.

They are snakes in suits. Do not trust them or you will have your time wasted too. Clearly all of the fake positive reviews are done by the company itself. It is common practice these days.

Just focus on the negative reviews because they are the only truthful ones. Avoid this place like you would avoid a rodent. They are scammers and scum.

EDIT : Oh, the irony of them replying to my bad review within hours, when they ignored my previous calls / emails for weeks.

Why would you have dragged it on for 2 years if you thought there were a tiny chance of success... And it was two separate claims / cases, not one.

You will tolerate what we (the clients) have to say whether you like it or not, because without us, you have no business.

Anyone with a decent IQ Level can see that your "good reviews" are fake and you are a bunch of crooked cowboys.

When I first contacted Oakwood Solicitors I had no idea about anything really except of course the facts from my side of 'what happened'. Following a set of simple qualifying questions, my case was taken to the decision makers and it was accepted by them on a no win no fee basis. I was initially looked after by a lady solicitor, I can't remember her name. She was very nice and confirmed she believed I had a case however, due to her workload there were some delays and the process was quite drawn out, resulting in a feeling of not a lot of hope. This went on for a couple of years! Then, out of nowhere came Adeela Naz, she took the reins and cleared up the situation quick time! Within approximately 1 year from her taking over, my case was closed and we won! I was constantly updated, I was made aware of how it all works from my perspective as the victim and also, from the defendant's position. I felt like I was communicated with openly, I was in control but Adeela led everything, pushed and pushed for me, made me feel like it was ok to feel how I felt and that my loss was as important as I felt it was to me. She has a fantastic character where she is completely professional but also, in a way, she becomes like a friend who calls you regularly when she says she will, she is someone you can talk to so openly about what happened, it's almost like a counselling session each time you speak - she listens and is clearly very experienced with helping people that have suffered with traumatic and emotional life events. Adeela remains professional throughout but occasionally conversations will move to small chat such as which National Trust locations are worth a visit. The outcome was a win. For me this meant everything. The amount of money was amazing of course but the feeling of winning and knowing they had to accept their responsibility for what happened to me was worth so much more than tens of thousands of pounds. When I drive past my former place of work I no longer fear seeing someone who worked there, I feel empowered and I suffer less mental turmoil because of Adeela. If you're not sure where to turn and just want to know if you have a chance of standing up for yourself and winning your case, call Oakwood Solicitors and they will begin that process nice and quick. Make sure to ask for Adeela if your injury is of a psychiatric nature. There is no lie, they only take your case on if it's likely to win and they only take the fees what they said they would. Adeela made sure I got as much as possible.

I am about 50 days away from a holiday in the sun and I will definitely be raising a glass or two to Adeela and Oakwood Solicitors.

I had a technical diminution of value claim on my Audi RS5. Rob Crompton who specialises in this area of litigation was outstanding from advice, service and my outcome. I highly recommend.

The whole situation was handled very well. I was impressed with Tim Driver who is handling the case although there were times when I felt I could’ve been better informed. On the whole, I would say I would thoroughly recommend this company.

From the first moment I decided on this path I have been met with nothing other than total professionalism from all that I've spoken with. Jade Glover, who was the solicitor handling my claim, has kept me informed and I have always thought she was acting in my best interest. After initial positive consultation with several quick and courteous exchanges with Danielle, everything went suddenly dead silent.

Danielle went on vacation without giving any prior updates on any plans or timelines. I contacted Stephanie, who again was courteous, but never gave me any concrete answers on how they were planning to proceed.

Even now, after returning from their vacations, there are no responses or replies to any inquiries.

It's unfortunate, as they seemed initially competent, but I find needlessly wasting other people's time to be one of the worst crimes you can make.

We only have one life on this planet, and you made me waste one and a half month for nothing, where I could have been looking for other solutions instead.

Why on earth would you do this?

If you don't want to take the case, just say so. No harm done, and it is much better than giving people the runaround. It's rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional.

People that need a solicitor have usually already been harmed in one way or another. Why do you make the situation even worse? It's like being stabbed two times instead of one.

My first experience with a UK law firm was not a positive one at all. I do not not recommend Oakwood.

Had a very professional experience, Was straight forward and everything organised for you. Was not stressful at all. Would recommend as they are very helpful and professional. Thank you Tim for all your help and settling my claim with ease.

Did a great job and got me a great outcome

Contact and advice with a Solicitor at this firm was positive initially, but then went downhill in the hands of a Solicitor Apprentice who had no empathy or understanding of my case (I am Autistic). Rude E-Mails too, causing upset and stress to me. Said they could help me with my problem, but then backtracked on this, so very misleading. I would not do business with this firm again as they are so insulting and critical towards me! Can't see how there can be so many 5* Reviews when I had such a bad experience.

The incident happened on the 2nd of Feb 2033.We initially called the police who attended our home ten weeks later and it became quite obvious to us that due to the elderly lady who caused my injuries who had physical and mental issues the police were reluctant to take matters further. Prior to the Police attending we also contacted our local solicitors who said that the invalid carriage which collided with me would not have Insurance so there was no one to claim off. At this stage we felt our position was hopeless but then by chance we saw your advertisement on our mobile phone no win no fee I contacted your office and spoke to Aimee Fox who was very helpful and asked for details of the incident and contacted everyone involved including two eye witnesses the case was then passed to Rob Crompton in the absence of Tim Driver who once involved was sympathetic to our case and kept us informed as to how the case was progressing on a regular basis and although the progress seemed quite lengthy, frankly the case would have been a none starter from everyone other than Oakwood Solicitors. In closing our thanks to all involved at Oakwood Solicitors but in particular Tim Driver.
