Overall great experience.
No pressure from sales people. Viewed my car, went for a test drive and drove away in couple of hours.
Car was well prepped and what I especially liked that the alloys were not scuffed with good tyres on it.

Not as good as they seem
Holding out to write review in the hope they wouldn’t let me down but they have had nearly three weeks to resolve an issue.
Sold me a car with only 1 day left on mot so I had to rush around getting it booked in the day after purchase - hassle I didn’t need.
Car was sold with a faulty start/stop which we agreed to fix and invoice the company.
I got the car mot’d and fixed the button and have sent numerous emails, texts, phone calls and still have not had the agreed refund.
Oakwood have the potential to be really good but the truth is that once you are out the door they aren’t interested any more.
