Fiat ducato,from looking round to purchasing this van the staff were wonderful,they just left us to it,there was never any pressure from them but always very helpful if we did need them.also when we went into the reception to purchase the van,yet again they were lovely offering us drinks and biscuits and making us feel very welcome.Thankyou Oaktree we would definitely visit again if we need to upgrade.

No pressure sale, process was easy. We bought an excellent van and are completely satisfied. We would buy from Oaktree again without hesitation

After looking online for a Hymer left hand drive we found our ideal at Oaktree Motorhomes, Nottingham. We duly arrived to look around and what a choice. We were left alone to look around and felt no pressure. Upon entering the office we were introduced to Neil. Neil was so helpful, knowledgeable and personable he offered a deal we could not refuse. The Motorhome ticked all our boxes and three weeks later we drove off in it. I would like to congratulate the cleaners who valeted the Hymer it was immaculate. Neil from sales and Mark from the workshop doubled up to send us off with absolutely no qualms that we had had a 7* experience.

We would like a cooker fitted but can understand why the wait to get an appointment with the service department is some two months. The whole team from reception through sales to the guys in the workshop were a credit to the business.

Phoned to book a test drive that day and the motorhome was reserved so nobody could view. Refreshing change a previous experience. Jason was really helpful, explained how everything works, would definitely recommend.

After an extensive search for the right Campervan we decided to visit Oaktree Motorhomes despite not being local to us. This was purely based on their amazing reviews, comprehensive website, reasonable prices and great range of vans. They didn’t disappoint. All the staff were so friendly we felt instantly at ease, the coffee and snacks were an added bonus!. We were left to browse the campervans in our own time. When it came to picking up our van despite it being second hand it felt brand new, spotlessly clean inside and out. Our sales guy Neil was so knowledgeable and happy to let us film him explaining the workings of the van. Such an easy and stress free experience even when parting with your life savings!! Have been looking to purchase a motorhome from Oaktree for a while as all research showed them to be a Trusted company and I was not wrong as we finally found the van we liked as travelled to view the initial experience was good with no pressure sell and decided to purchase a we had a part exchange which a fair price was given.
We arranged to pickup vehicle a couple of weeks later and was given a very extensive handover and all our snagging issues had been sorted with vehicle presented in excellent condition .All in all the best experience since our journeys began 6 years ago and being our third purchase.

After visiting many oither dealers in our area and being put off by poor service and scruffy vehicles we ended up at Oaktree. Three weeks later we drove off in our new Motorhome.
The entire process from start to finish was trouble free and dare I say it enjoyable. Therte were a couple of little things to be fixed, all done without problem. Our new van was immaculately presented and everything was explained in full.
Special thanks to Phil Carrington who was our main point of contact, he very patiently dealt with our inability to make decisions and made us feel very special.

The whole experience of buying our very first motorhome was smooth, unrushed and without a hard sell. We looked around and came back twice to get the right one for us. A minor query was dealt with promptly and without questioning. Parting with the a good portion of our savings was a big deal to us but we felt listened to and without pressure. We are so very happy with our choice and can’t wait to start our adventures in her!

We had a really long journey to get to Oaktree Motorhomes, but honestly it was so worth it. From the minute we arrived the staff were lovely – really approachable, super knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure at all, which we really appreciated. Communication was spot on and they kept us updated the whole way through.

The handover was great – they took loads of time to talk us through how everything worked and made sure we were happy before we left. Any little bits were sorted there and then without any fuss. The motorhome itself was spotless and felt like new.

We’re genuinely really happy with what we paid and feel like we got great value for money. Overall a brilliant experience and we’d 110% recommend Oaktree Motorhomes – even with the long drive!

From the day we paid the deposit to now Oaktree Motorhomes have been superb, not only in their sale of our motorhome but also, and more importantly in the after sales.

All slight imperfections were sorted before purchase (these are used vehicles of course) to a very high standard and even after we had a small issue after our third outing Oaktree Motorhomes had it booked in and sorted within a few days

Was all in all a good services, the only that really did cheesed me off was having to purchase a gas cylinder at £83.00 which was also half empty which add insult to the injury. Have had a couple of follow up calls checking the van is running OK which was a nice touch.
