second time I have ordered…
This is the second time I have ordered from Oak&More. Average review as, both times, items came broken. Broken even with the rediculous amount of packaging. The furniture itself is absolutely fine and indeed decently crafted, but the delivery of items needs to be better managed. Having said that the team are pretty prompt at resolving issues - although I need to wait 16 weeks for a replacement coffee table…

Colour not as stated.
Lovely pieces of furniture but extremely disappointed with the colour as I chose both pieces of furniture because it stated 'Soft white' but they're definitely not soft white as they're more a rich cream colour, so that's why I've only rated 3 stars.

When purchasing online, colour can sometimes appear differently depending on individual screen settings, lighting, and device displays. We do have 5 showrooms across the UK to allow customers to view pieces before purchasing, but appreciate that they may not be accessible to everyone. How a finish appears to a customer on a phone, tablet, or computer screen and how it looks in a home setting can sometimes have a slight variation.
That said, we completely understand your disappointment. The soft white finish is a cross between a chalk white and a creamy white, though we would be happy to review photos of what has been received if you can e-mail us at orders@oakandmore.co.uk

Proper solid bed frame
Reviewing the Solid Oak Parker Super King bed frame from Oak&More. Around 100kg in weight, this thing is properly solid with deep rails, heavy duty double bolts and further structurally reinforcing corner pieces. Solid wood slats, proper centre rail with vertical support. It looks great too. Our arrived with a dent in the top of the headboard - a shame - contacted Customer Services who were quick to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. One suggestion to O&M: the main box is just too heavy for a two man delivery team to safely carry upstairs. Would recommend you divide it into multiple boxes.

Great product exceptional service
Was sceptical about ordering furniture online but would not hesitate to order from this company again, from ordering to delivery the service was exceptional.
As agreed on ordering, I received a call the day before with a delivery slot and on the morning of delivery received a call 30 minutes before they arrived- would not hesitate to order from this company again 10/10
