The Nytelock Team is very professional and definitely has good intention when it comes to collaboration and spends time to understand their customers' needs. We worked with them for a year however, we weren't able to work together to generate the right content to meet our objectives. We had foundational business practices and a refreshed brand manual, however, we didn't have mature programs and they relied on our industry expertise to create more interesting content of which our people had challenges as they are operational. Towards the last part our contract, there was a change in account management which we felt reduced the quality of content provided to us as well as execution. Unfortunately, we decided that we had different styles of working and discontinued the account.

I engaged NyteLock Digital for marketing designing services, and I am impressed with their handling of the task on hand. They are very professional and went above & beyond to ensure the work delivered meets my expectations.

Nytelock has been my go to agency for years now and after having tried other agencies in the past who just let me down and feeling like I was being robbed, it was truly a breath of fresh air. Chad and the whole team are extremely helpful, super responsive, and most of all actually deliver results!!!

Nytelock outsource the job to foreign and the account manager that were tagged onto our project were the founder itself. Unable to name the founder since my review was reported and requested to remove his personal name. His name can only appear on positive review it seem.

We entrusted them with our project for 2 years, and upgraded to Enterprise plan for a full year.

After having our SEO ranking stagnant/worse for the whole 2023, we ran an audit on their work.

It was my negligence as I had never wanted to audit their work nor check on them and it actually back-fired.

We found high toxic backlinks linked to our site accumulated over the year, to make the matter worse, the team are not aware about it until my team audited our website's backlinks. We basically had to do the work for Nytelock and clean up the mess they made.

1. High Toxic backlinks
2. No account manger (Founder doesn't check on them) He simply forward whatever his team sent him.
3. Non-locals (yeah surprisingly)
4. No dedicated SEO team.
5. 1/4 reports since I requested for monthly report to ease their reporting, Founder cut off 3 weeks of report and send me 1 week of report. I'm confuse too. Lazy to compile?
6. No ownership on backlinks created, Founder is clueless about it.
7. Doesn't use SEMrush? Curious when website mentioned SEMrush audit.
8. Do check if the "Quality Backlinks" even get indexed, they have no idea as well.
9. Missing Guest Post, not stated in contract due to we signed with them during Dec 2022 and they updated Enterprise package with 2 guest post starting from June 2023 onwards. So we are not entitled in a way, hence it is missing. Yeah, why sign annual plan? You short change yourself in the end.

Detailed feedbacks will be provided with screenshot after we salvage our SEO conditions. Recorded conversation with Founder as well.

Had engaged them for logo designs and name card designs. Very professional and well trained. Listen to my concerns and open to opinions. Results were superb as layout and colour scheme are working well - they reflect our brand in a positive light.
