Never Use this company shuttle.Newark to JFK 17th March Ticket # 80750332. took a bus from Newark airport and they dropped me at Port Authority, NYC. I had two regular sized bags and one carry on with me, which are as per airline dimension rules. When I took another bus from port authority that new bus driver asked me $25. I asked for what? He replied that two bags are not allowed. I showed him ticket print and rules. Now he said my bags are big. I refused to give him $25, so he started yelling me and told me that I must had to paid him those extra money. I I still kept refusing him and also warned him that I will make complain about hims. He dare me and told to do complain to the supervisor. But still I sat in the bus. After few mins. he told me to drop down at "Public House New York" at 41st street. Then he throw my bags on road from the bus at 6.00 pm. I had flight at 9.00 pm.Bus no.5705 and license plate # 21835 BB. I was traumatised. I was about to miss my flight from JFK. It was horrible experience.
