Monthl bonus is a scam. They decline until end of the month then the bonus rolls over to the next month. Ebay has been removed also and the gift cads

EBay removed + Monthly bonus isn’t monthly
Monthly bonus isn’t monthly. If they take too long to register it. It runs over to the month after. Monthly bonus agreed on 29/4/26… hence “monthly”. They paid it in May and then said I’ve already claimed my “monthly” bonus even tho on the dashboard it says “claim now”. THEY HAVE ALSO REMOVED EBAY. I will be canceling!

So seeing a flurry of bad reviews for one of the best cashback sites ive used in the UK is a bit sad to see.
Yes they have started to phase out giftcards, but don't be put off! but they still offer the highest percent (and quickest payout) cashback in the business!
Been using since August 2025, although i've had 2 issues crop up with cashback/limits, they've taken the time to not only email me, but provide detailed breakdowns and justifications, along with options to rectify! Which I appreciated vs other cashback sites!
Hopefully still going to be operating for a while!

A Complete Slap in the Face! Absolutely Useless Now.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Nx Rewards has turned into an absolute joke and a masterclass in how to completely alienate your customers.
While they at least sent a notification that One4all gift cards are being axed in July (which is disappointing enough), what they did next is absolutely unforgivable. In a completely underhanded move with ZERO prior warning or communication, they quietly slashed the discount rate from a worthwhile 20% down to a pathetic, practically useless 6%. To downgrade the service this drastically without giving your paying members a single heads-up is utterly disgusting and highly unprofessional.
To make matters even more infuriating, they have completely gutted the platform of any mainstream retailers actually worth using. Good luck trying to find Argos, Currys, or eBay—they are all gone! What exactly are we supposed to use this for now?
This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a massive betrayal of trust. The platform has been stripped of all its real value, and the way they treat their members is frankly insulting. Do not waste your time, your energy, or your hard-earned money on this completely worthless service. Avoid them at all costs!

Recent changes to the scheme have made it pretty much pointless now. Together with cashback not tracking, changes to terms hidden and lack of useful merchants (for me) mean I will be cancelling my membership.

No one4all gift cards
Really disappointed with the recent changes to NX Rewards. The discounted gift cards were one of the most valuable parts of the membership, especially the 20% One4All offer. Seeing the discount reduced to 6% and now being told that all Gift Cards will be discontinued from July 16, 2026 is very frustrating. It feels like the membership is losing one of its key benefits, so I’ll definitely be reconsidering whether it’s still worth renewing.

Very disappointed - 20% One4all gift card discount cut to 6% without warning
I am extremely disappointed with the sudden change to the One4all gift card discount. The 20% discount on One4all was the main reason I subscribed and felt motivated to pay the monthly membership fee.
Without any warning, this has now been drastically reduced to just 6%. This completely destroys the value of the membership for me. I strongly urge NX Rewards to restore the 20% discount for One4all gift cards immediately, otherwise there is very little reason for loyal members to continue paying and staying with this service.

I have been a NxRewards member for over a year, but the recent reduction in One4All savings from 20% to 6% is very disappointing. It has significantly reduced the value of the service, and I am now seriously considering cancelling my membership soon.

Less attractive cashback and giftcard
Several main retailers eg Argos, trip.com etc have been removed from NX rewards. No longer to get cashback from these retailers.
O4A giftcard discount reduced from 20% to 6% which is very disappointing. I am considering to cancel my subscription with NX rewards in near future.
