Communication is really bad

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will try anything to avoid refunding you. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue refunding. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I can see that this is an ongoing issue which is disgusting from them.

I ordered 3 items on 10th April with next day delivery, only 1 item arrived, when contacting they mentioned an issue with the order but would send the remaining items standard shipping. I requested to cancel as I paid for next day, I was told on 15th April my refund would be processed in 3-5 working days (I just received this after CHASING THEM). I sent back the single item which they sent on 21st April, proof with tracking that the item was delivered to them on 24th and I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

Total incompetence, they need spend more time and effort sorting their returns and shipping procedures then social media platforms.

The clothing quality itself is genuinely very good. Unfortunately, the customer service experience completely let it down for me.

I returned 2 items within the stated returns timeframe and tracking confirmed they were received back by NVLTY, however the refund was not acknowledged or processed until I repeatedly chased for updates myself.

After months of back and forth, only part of my refund was returned to my original payment method, with the remaining balance issued as store credit due to the item allegedly being a “sale item” — despite this not being clearly reflected within my order confirmation or purchase records.

The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication, lack of transparency and the difficulty in resolving what should have been a straightforward return.

Great clothing quality, but disappointing aftercare when issues arise.

Very disappointing experience with NVLTY returns process.

I returned an item in good faith using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and included the completed NVLTY returns form inside the parcel with my full name and order number clearly provided. Unfortunately I misplaced the tracking receipt afterwards and despite contacting both Royal Mail and the Post Office, the tracking reference could not be recovered.

Rather than attempting to manually investigate the return using the enclosed documentation, NVLTY have refused any refund or resolution solely because I no longer have the receipt or proof of postage.

As a customer, it’s frustrating to follow the instructed returns process, provide identifying information inside the parcel, and still be left completely out of pocket with no flexibility or willingness to help.

I understand policies are policies, but customer service is also about fairness and reasonable investigation when issues arise. Sadly that has not been my experience here.

The package came quickly, and they handled the duties for me as this was international. So rest assured you’ll get what you ordered

The only reason I rated them a 4 is because the clothes look great but I feel some of the items don’t use the quality of fabrics/materials I’d expect at this price point. For example I paid $175 CAD all in (shipping included) for a 100% polyester button up shirt. It feels thin and a bit flimsy but it looks great. I plan on keeping it and wearing it but I’d prefer at least partly cotton and something thicker and more durable for that price point.

Good quality clothes with fast availability. Priced well and fit well too.

I ordered items online and from the start there were constant issues with delivery going “missing”. I kept contacting them through email and Instagram DM for updates. Every time I asked, I was told it would be resent within “1–3 days”, then after chasing again it became “3–5 days”.
Eventually I only received part of my order and two items were still missing. The items I did receive didn’t fit, so I returned them. Again, I was promised replacements/refunds within 3–5 days, and now it has been another 2 weeks with no update at all.
This whole situation has been ongoing since March 7th 2026 and I still have not received my missing items or my refund. They also tried saying I missed the 14-day return window, even though I sent the return within the correct time frame. I had to constantly explain myself and argue just to be taken seriously.
Now there are no replies to emails or messages. Complete waste of time and money. Customer service has been awful and the whole experience feels like a scam.

The cloth is fine but its too expensive for the quality

Notified that my parcel was delivered. Never received it but had email from DHL saying delivered and signed for by me even though i wasn’t home. Complained to NVLTY and they sent me a “proof of delivery” picture which was just a parcel outside on the floor! NEVER AGAIN

Ordered by 2pm for next day delivery even though it states order by 7:30pm for next day delivery almost one week later no delivery, no update or refund. Had to contact customer service then wait and was told there was an error blah blah and item is out of stock so why take my money and take money for next day delivery? It was needed urgently and they missed it all I got told was do I want to cancel my order to get something else or refund? Like I'd want to shop there again. I did get my refund eventually. But if you need anything delivered urgently then you're better off elsewhere as this isn't the first time. So compensation so time wasted or anything
