Excellent service great product
I first bought my Nuvé silk pro a year ago and have enjoyed the results of much softer feet and less heel cracking which along with calluses was causing pain. I’ve enabled to have less visits to the chiropodist saving time and money.
Sadly my silk pro had a fault with the motor recently. The customer care team (shout out to Emily!) were quick to respond to me initial email query and in a couple of emails running checks on the product a replacement product was sent out. I’m now on my mission to get my feet back to their best.
I cannot fault how quickly they dealt with it and the contact was reassuring and personal. I would recommend this product and Nuvé.
Team this with a great foot cream and you get lovely feet!

Delivery and customer service not impressive
I ordered 2 items on 8 July. To my dismay, the estimated delivery date is 18 to 22 July and that is an estimate. I really need my items earlier as l am travelling soon. I had no idea the products are shipped from somewhere abroad. I sent 2 messages to Nuve seeking help but total silence so far, despite welcoming messages about getting in touch for help. Wish l had read the Trustpilot reviews about delivery delays and poor customer service before ordering. Hope posting review here elicits a response and help.

I bought one of these to get salon…
I bought one of these to get salon level heels, as pumice was hard to get the angles and never quite got them smooth. You can even sort those funny little flat angular bits on your toes ! I was delighted. So much so that I bought one for my partner as he has a physical job and is in his feet for hours at a time. His heels crack and bleed. Since using the nuve his feet are much more comfortable. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Best product I purchased in a long time! I don’t know about you but after a pedicure I am so frustrated after paying$60+. My heals are still rough and they barely touch the calluses. Now I can take care of it myself and my feet have never been so soft. Highly recommend!!

Omg. I am so very impressed with this product. It actually works exactly as on the demonstration videos. Worked a treat on my feet. I wish I'd known about it sooner! A phenomenal product. For years I’ve been struggling with a pumice stone and not really getting the old and hard skin removed carefully. This item works well! I have had calloused feet for years, and I have tried different pumice stones and similar tools over the years to address the issues. I used lotion every day! When I used the Nuve tool, I was shocked at how well and how quickly it smoothed my feet! Pairing this tool with a good lotion is a game-changer! The product was easy to order, was delivered efficiently as promised, and was fairly priced. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant - I've had hard/flaking skin on my heels for many years, tried different creams and gadgets over the years that didnt make any difference. Bought this more in hope than expectation, but it works amazingly well, and is so easy and safe to use. For the first time in 20 years I can now have my feet out on show!

I would ideally give 0 stars. I ordered the product on the 26th of June and still haven’t received it.
I have made a trustpilot account to submit a review, in the hope this will mean someone from Nuve will actually speak to me.
Evri have been saying ‘we’ve got it’ since the 28th of June. I have tried to contact Nuve (they only have an email address for correspondence) and they haven’t replied. I have sent multiple emails.
I wish I’d read the other reviews about the non existent customer service and products not arriving.
I hope I’ll actually receive the product but this is looking unlikely given the time it is taking. I am now wondering if a refund will be possible given there seems to be no one to speak to.
EDIT 23.7.26.
I was told by Nuve that they had emailed me (this is not the case and I can see they have said this to someone else).
I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3, as I have found be product to be very effective.
I hope Nuve improve their customer service, as the product is excellent.

I also wanted to let you know that your original parcel has been available for collection since July 11. I've emailed you the collection details, including your QR code. Simply present the QR code at the ParcelShop/Post Office counter. If it doesn't scan, you can use the eight-character collection code included in the email instead. I've also attached a screenshot to make it as easy as possible.

The GLOSS Pro was delivered but is faulty.
The 3 emails I have sent to the nuvebrand.com help address have been ignored.
It’s a shame to have to leave a 1* review, because the SILK is great but a company’s true colours only really emerge when something goes wrong.
This is one company to avoid unless you can afford to throw money away.

Delivered very quickly and works just like the adverts say! I was sceptical of buying something based purely on Facebook advertising (assuming most comments were fake) but thought it was worth the risk for £30. Money well spent, no longer embarrassed by my cracked heels
