It’s been two weeks, order has not shipped

Nutricost has taken two weeks to process my order and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I received an email about a week in from the day I ordered to tell me my $200 order was not shipped due to a $7 item being out of stock. I asked them to remove the item and ship the rest, yet, no one has replied in 6 days. I’m glad it only cost me $200 and 2 weeks of my time to realize I will never do business with this company again, nor will I ever recommend their products. It’s funny how I could have gotten the same or similar products from Amazon the same day, yet here I’m two weeks in and not even a shipping confirmation. Pathetic

Beware of Nutricost Supplements

These are NOT quality supplements as advertised. I did a test on niacin, B3. I ordered the flushing formula in 500mg per capsule, which should provide a substantial amount of tingling and redness. It did nothing! How can you screw up Niacin? The men’s multi does nothing, nor does the magnesium or creatine. I am switching back to my old products. Nutricost is a total scam.

Quality and affordability

I get all my vitamins from here and regular lab work. The labs definitely show a notable difference. I was using pure encapsulation brand but I switched to nutricost which I purchased through Amazon. They're supplements are quality at a third of the price of pure encapsulation. They are also third-party tested

Online store rip off.

I tried buying biotin from this company and ended up with biotin plus folic acid. They did an after sale upsell that I didn't want to participate in, but accidentally clicked on. There was no way to undo it and I was forced to eat the expense of a product I didn't want.
I tried reaching out to customer service but was told I'd have to wait two days at least before they would respond. The shipment was the very next day (a Saturday). So now there is no way to stop the shipment or cancel my order. I feel ripped off by this company and will no longer be doing business with them. Be careful using their service or you too might get ripped off.

Be careful about buying from this…

Be careful about buying from this business. I contacted customer service about whether their l theanine products is fermented. They told me all the information is on the label, which is false. I regret buying the potassium chloride from them. They refuse to provide any COA of the testing on their products. I hope this review helps those understand that some businesses are not there to help you, but to profit off you even at the cost of your health. Im waiting on another email for them to respond to the one I sent them after they refused the COA. If they provide one, I’ll come back and change my review.

Placed the same order three times - auto canceled with promise of refund

Placed the same order three times, on separate days, with separate credit cards, even delivered to separate addresses. Every time the order was accepted, then auto-canceled with a note that it was "because of unforeseen circumstances". Followed by an assurance that my credit card would be refunded in "up to 10 days". I wrote to support at nutricost.com after first order failed. Received auto-reply but no actual response. The sale Nutricost offered almost seems like it may have been a teaser to cause me to book sales that would be charged and then canceled. I've liked their products through Amazon, but their online ordering is either a joke, or a scam! Avoid!!!!

Purchasing items from their website…

Purchasing items from their website feels deceptive. It's very easy to accidentally add items to your order, leading to unintended charges or subscriptions. There’s almost no opportunity to correct your mistakes. The website appears to be designed in a way that can mislead users.

I made a mistake in an order and immediately I tried to contact the customer support to ask for cancelling the order right after that, but no luck - they didn't help cancel it. Worse, I coud not be albe to remove my credit informaiton

Non existent customer service glitchy website

Non existent customer service and glitchy website. They will take your money but good luck trying to reach anyone there, emails are ignored, toll free number says "no support agents are currently available to take your call leave a message" so you dont have the option to wait for a rep. Their website has bugs. I ordered the protein powder which had several flavors available but no matter what flavor I selected it would add the Chocolate version to my cart which has artificial ingredients. Could not get the order cancelled, could not reach anyone. If they resolve my issue I'll take this review down but I'm not holding my breath.

Cheap and effective

Cheap and effective. I've had no issues with the Nutricost brand. Many of the other comments make it clear people don't understand how to store products and/or how the testing process for supplements actually works (most supplements aren't tested because they make unverifiable medical claims and the FDA will shut companies down if they support said claims).

Overall, great products and I have used a wide range of their pills, capsules and powders (Fish oil, Vitamin B-Complex, Melatonin, Magnesium, Pre-workout).

No certificate of analysis…

I asked for the certificate of analysis (COA) for R-alpha lipoic acid to prove that this product has been third party tested as claimed on the bottle. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow ups - no COA. I am beginning to think that none of their products have been third party tested despite the claims.

Companies like iHerbs don't allow you to post negative comments about these vitamin companies.

NutriCost's Cod liver oil let me down but NutriCost let me down even more

I ordered NutriCost's Cod liver oil tabs from Amazon. I noticed on the 1st and only serving they gave me fish on by breath and the burbs to go with it. I went to refund it and Amazon said this product is not refundable to contact NutriCost support directly. After being ignored after 2 support emails they deserve this rating. I would highly not recommend this product if you don't want the same or similar experience. This has reshaped my view of NutriCost.

Terrible customer service & do not back up their products

This company has terrible customer service and satisfaction policies. They do not back up their products if someone has a reaction and they refuse refunds unless the customer pays to send the item back themselves which would cost almost as much as the product. They refuse to provide a return label or to process a return less refund on products that cause concerns in customers. Please avoid this company and use a company that backs up their products and will process refunds if there are reactions like Seeking health and Doublewood which have amazing customer service and policies.

Nutricost – NOT trusted brand

Nutricost is certainly not a trusted brand. Horrible experience with their products. Terrible Customer Service!!!

Suggest eBay, Amazon and iHerb stop selling their products – Listen to those genuine reviewers: Nutricost will destroy their online retailers reputation.
