It was comprehensive

It was comprehensive, efficient and convenient. It was easily accessible from my home computer.

Not impressed with trying to get my…

Not impressed with trying to get my certificate took 4 times of filling in the survey. Only 1 certificate with 2 license numbers. Never have I taken a course and got 1 certificate with both license numbers on them. When I sent in my issue your person said we only send 1 certificate but here's the bundle for your mass license. Not very smart as my 1 30 hour course will cover both NH and Mass I wanted a certificate that stated MASS on it not just a New Hampshire one. If I wanted to take the mass bundle I would have bought that one I don't need some one in your facility to send an email and say here is how to get your Mass Bundle.
