Technical support doesn’t not exit 24 /7. Technical issue occurred very often with payments, with taking study and you can call them for help only between 9 am and 6 pm exactly when you are on the work. Help not available on your conveniences

COMPLETE SCAM - STAY AWAY!!! Once payment is final -- does not allow you to login to course.

Informed used to be a decent company until they merged with EliteLearning.com. Now, they are completely unable to do the job they sell. They say that they will send the CME certificate to the licensing board but they do not. When you ask them to send it again, they refuse. I ended up repeating the course with NetCE and they were able to get the CME certificate to the medical board within 24 hours. Stay away from EliteLearning.com

Be very sure you don't need your credits right away! So, they say on their website they will report your CE to CE broker within 1 business day but when you call, they say it can take 48 hours. Though I waited to the last minute for my renewal which was my fault I would not of paid the 44 dollars for a membership (because the 32.95 from the book wouldn't let me move forward, I had to pay the 44.00 to get the certificate) had I of known it was going to be 48 hours. No where on their website is this mentioned. They refused a refund as I had already taken the course even though they will not be getting my information to CE broker in time and I had to use another company who posted my results in 5 min as well as CE broker posting in another 5 and I was able to renew my license within 15 min of completing my training. A waste of time and money! I will feel like they should refund me as they didn't go through with what they promised they can cancel my certificates and not report them, I feel like they are just not a good company to represent CE processes no one wants to wait days when it is electronic and should be done immediately!

I finished my CEU's last Tuesday, April 16. 2024 and I Faxed my answer sheet around 3:00 p.m. Wednesday I contacted them and was told I passed and a Certificate would be sent via email. I printed the certificate on Thursday and asked the representative when my CEU's would be reported. Miss Norma De La Garza, from Elite said next day.I asked where she was, she said Texas. So I was not even talking to someone in Florida.
Well today is Monday 4-22-24 and the Florida BON has not received my CEU's and I was not able to renew my R.N. license online. I contacted CE Broker and they have not received my CEU coompletions.
This is very frustrating. My license expires on April 30th. I have never ever been late renewing my R.N. license in 22 years.
I am not happy about the service. When it was Western Schools it was great. I used Western Schools for CEU's for many years.
I will have to wait and see, but I am not happy with Elite. I always get the actual paper books to read and study my classes and the print is very small and difficult to read. Again, with Western Schools it was higher quality paper and the font was larger. Everything has declined in quality once the merger and acquisition went through, in Florida instead of Boston. Big difference in quality and service

The only review on this company references the Better Business Bureau. I looked up elitelearning.com on the BBB website and see several complaints but all have been diligently addressed by the company to the satisfaction of the client.

Started a course and after noting a typo, diagram figures that were too small to read, several contradicting statements and very poor sentence structure, decided there must be a better option out there. A quick look of this company on the Better Business Bureau reveals that overall, this is not a good company to pursue your professional CEU's with.
