Nuroclean Mold Remover Gel and Foaming Toilet Bowl Cleaner are useless

2 products I ordered from Nuroclean, the foaming toilet cleaner and the mold remover gel.  Neither work AT ALL!!  I used them exactly as the directions said. I have photos to show the toilet after using it, absolutely filthy below the water and above, plus it didnt foam up more than about 5mm above the water line whereas the website videos showed it foaming right to the toilet seat. The mold remover as you can clearly see in the pictures the black mold on the grout is the same both before and after use.  The other pictures are of marble bench which had mold in a crack, this hasnt worked either.  Plus I looked at the ingredients on the mold remover and they are not safe for use on natural stone although the website said they were!  UNFORTUNATELY I DIDNT CHECK THE INGREDIENTS UNTIL AFTER I HAD USED IT ON MY MARBLE!

I very much dislike all the ads for other products from the company, after ordering a product. If I wanted those products, I would have looked them up and bought them.

Beware of Nuroclean

I went to Nuroclean website and and placed item in the cart. They then sent me to payment method. I selected Paypal and hit Continue. They then proceeded to make other offers for the same or similar products at a lower price. I selected one of the offers to see if I would come out better on the price. I hit continue to see what was in my cart, shipping cost, etc. Instead they completed my order without showing what other cost were applied and logged me out. For all I know they could have charged me $100.00 for shipping, plus I was not able to review what I ordered in case I wanted to changed my mind, which I would have done if I could not gotten a better deal. BEWARE of there Return Policy.

mis-sold Item through an appealing ads

While attempting to place an order on a particular website, I encountered persistent redirects across multiple pages. This sequence lacked any option to bypass them unless additional items were selected, creating a frustrating experience. Ultimately, I found myself in a troubling situation in which, despite my doubts about the transaction's legitimacy, I had no way to cancel the order. Even after closing the page, the payment was still processed. This situation raises concerns about the supplier's business practices, suggesting a potentially misleading approach that aims to entice buyers without delivering genuine products or services.
Upon attempting to return the items, I learned that I would be responsible for postage costs, alongside a 75% deduction from the refund amount. When I requested a full refund, I was directed to a Trustpilot link, which appeared to be a prerequisite for further assistance. Following my feedback, which did not align with their expectations, the company revised its stance and offered only a refund of £73 on the original order value of £294. Despite their reference to T&Cs, they did not provide this in PDF format, nor did they share the official company name and registration details, as requested. After several back-and-forth emails, they are supposed to refund the full amount, which has yet to be done.
Given this experience, I recommend conducting thorough research and reviewing customer feedback before purchasing from this supplier.

Dont buy…

Firstly advertised as an Autralian product and priced in US dollars, though not identified as US dollars until you've paid.
Complained to the company about pricing, and they offered a 25% refund. This is still in process as they request I complete a review before processing the refund. Ive done this, and still awaiting the refund.
The product has arrived, a very small tube, one tube was not enough to do all the tiles, went around the edge of the shower recess. Probably need at least two to three tubes to clean one shower recess. I left on on for twice as long as recommended and the result minimal, less effective than the Aldi bathroom mould remover. At the price, it is a complete nonsense. Expensive lesson for me!

The product worked.

The product worked in removing the mold/mildew. However, the tube is very small. I needed to clean a large shower stall and it took the entire tube which is only 3.17 ounces. It is a completely clear liquid so it is hard to see where you have placed it on the grout. The tapered applicator does not work particularly well. Be sure to wear work clothes as it will bleach out spots on your clothes if it touches them.

Doesn't Work!

Nuro-Clean did not remove the mold and mildew in my bathroom. In addition, they doubled my order and charged me for it. I contacted their customer service multiple times for a refund, citing their incorrect invoice as well as their "money-back, no questions asked, full refund" policy. I had to work for it, but eventually persistence prevailed and I got back about $80 of my $90.00. Check the multiple conditions on their return policy before purchasing as they contradict the "full refund, money-back, no questions asked" advertising that's up front on their website.

Friendly, Fast, and Fair

They were very quick to reply to my request. I had ordered more than I ended up needing since my client with the bad mold had since stopped using our cleaning services due to their unforeseen expenses. So Nuroclean honored their refund guarantee without question. I was very happy with their quick congenial response, and refund.

Terrible products and poor customer service

Customer service was horrendous. The website is tricky to navigate because the company tricks customers into purchasing unintended items. I tried to cancel them under 5 minutes after I tried only to order the toilet cleaner. The phone representative told me that she would cancel the unwanted items and get back to me within the hour but did not. I immediately reached out by email and the representative responded saying that they could not cancel the order because it was already processed at the warehouse. They charged me alot of money. The toilet bowl cleaner is not effective. It failed to remove hard water stains even after trying twice within an hour. These products are a rip off. Do not waste your money.
