Your latest email advises me you will not refund and that goods have been shipped and that I’m welcome to send them back once received.
Your policy states I could cancel up to 12 hours after ordering and I did this within 6 minutes- this is a scam

Placed the order and noticed they had taken way more money from my account than quoted. NO extra warranties were added but they took money for that as well (later refunded that extended warranty as not ordered after several emails that were sent within minutes of placing the order requesting the whole order to be cancelled). Advised they had already sent the order however after sending more emails stating that I had not received tracking for the shipment therefore they should have been able to cancel the order - as stated on their site, I was told I could not cancel the order, and could request to return it in 30 days as advertised and that I should use their product. Who knows if it will turn up - complete scam and if the product turns up I will not be using or trying and will expect a refund. I have now been sent some tracking 5 days after cancelling the order and they are unable to advise where the order is.
Customer service is useless and just uses the same template no matter the question. Should be removed from any forms of searches and no doubt the nice reviews have been paid for from overseas to appear credible.
Happy to supply screen shots and emails to confirm the timeline of events if required

The promptness of the response and resolution of the problem

Was reasonably easy to go thru although i did not like all of the add ons. Actually bought by mistake when I didn't want something.

I applied the mold remover gel to mold in my bathtub. I waited about 5 minutes and then tried to wipe it off. I didn't come off so I waited another 15 minutes and tried again. I still didn't remove the mold.

The order process started easy but then they bombard you with additional items. Admittedly I did choose 2 extra items however at what I thought was the checkout I noticed an item for secure delivery that I did not choose so I went backwards through the pages and I had NOT ticked the box for extra security but found it was added into the first item cost. I went forward again and discovered the the whole order went through again! I was totally confused. I checked my credit card and the order was definitely duplicated. I contacted the help desk within 5 minutes of realising the error. I got a response a few hours later to say that the second order could not be cancelled as it was packed and ready to ship. I was advised that I could return the item once delivered. I tried to find out if the company would cover the return shipping cost but was advised that this information was not possible until I received the item. I was not happy with is at all. The product itself- mould remover gel did not work as expected. It removed the mould from the grout in some places but did not remove mould from the silicon seal along the window edges. I can’t comment on the other items as I have not used them yet

Although not happy with the product I must commend the customer service for their quick response. Quick response to do nothing. This stuff is nothing but a scam. I ordered two tubes and they shipped and charged for four and this mold eraser is nothing but gel bleach and not as effective as regular bleach. Like other reviews they did offer a 25% credit or I would have pay to ship, back to China, only the full tubes for a refund I might never see. There is no mention of this in their (100%) guaranteed as they are a foreign company they do not fall under US Department of Commerce regulation and protections.
Definitely a Don’t Buy!!

Reviewed the tests and hoping product is as good as advertised. Did not appreciate lots of other product ads.

I don't appreciate all the upselling, or I would have given a rating of 5 out of 5! Some of the upselling is alright, but not so much of it.

Hopeless product- I had to go out and buy exit mold and toothbrush to clean after this gel did absolutely nothing
