Quality shoes.. arrived on time

I’ve bought a pair os shoes and someone told me that there was a miss place and my shoes never got to DHL, after that someone told me that there was something wrong with my order and that I needed to choose another pair and they would send me as fast as possible, it’s been 2 days, I have already choose the shoes and then they told me that someone would send me the tracking details and to this day I haven’t received nothing and I can’t tell if they have send me the shoes or not.
Still trying to get an answer to my multiple emails and nothing yet.
Hope this will get sorted.

So far my experience with the customer service has been very great. Specifically when I exchanged an item I bought because the size was big for me. I must say the process and communication was smooth and a quality one. Keep it up

i ordered the shoes on Sunday, and they arrived to me in about 4 days from netherlands to italy. The shoes are beautiful and the materials are good, they take more time to get broken. I really love this brand, its the second time that i buy from there, and it wont be the last.

I just love my Numeris sneakers. Top quality materials and production, powerful look and you won't see them on every other guy on the street. Keep it up!

This was my third order with you guys, but apparently, someone messed up. My package was withheld because of import fees, which I paid for, but you guys refused to refund me. You should have added a disclaimer on your website if the new rule was that customers had to pay for the import fees.

the shoes are perfect but lace it its literally imposible.

I contacted customer support immediately after placing my order to correct a simple mistake in the shipping address.

Instead of actually reviewing my case, I received what seems like a generic copy paste response stating that no changes are possible and suggesting a return even though my order had not been shipped yet and I had not received any tracking information.

After clarifying the situation, I have not received any further response.

Very disappointing experience. I expected at least a proper review of the request or a clear answer instead of automated replies and no follow up

The order arrived within the expected timeframe, which was four days, so they were very fast. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was that the shoes turned out to be much larger than expected. However, as soon as I contacted customer support, they responded quickly and were able to meet my needs by arranging a return or exchange in a very short time. This allowed me to get the same shoes in a smaller size, so there were no issues in the end. I am very satisfied.
