I had a great experience with Ryan at…

I had a great experience with Ryan at Numan. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made everything easy to understand, which gave me confidence in the service and recommendations provided.

Ryan was friendly, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the best solution for my needs. His customer service was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

A real credit to Numan – thank you, Ryan, for all your help. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Numan have the best and simplest…

Numan have the best and simplest customer service and care - they get back to you promptly and sort out any issues quickly. In my opinion that it worth the extra money that they cost. I also like their new updated portal that provides info quickly for you.
Only thing is that I wish that they had of informed me about the ‘plans available last year, as I wasn’t aware that they did this to allow a slightly lower price.

Horrible company

Terrible customer service don't careless about helping the customer poor service have cancelled and gone elsewhere sent faulty pen and they didn't care less pen is now with trading standards health department for investigation to contaminated product Avoid this company

Good customer service
